Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda/Scarlet Witch) and Pom Klementieff (Mantis) are reportedly in Atlanta for the ongoing Avengers 4 reshoots. Directors Joe and Anthony Russo confirmed earlier this month that the mandatory reshoots that will also finish the movie had begun, after they were initially believed to have started a few months back. Since then, Marvel actors have been arriving in Atlanta to finish their respective scenes. Most of the filming has been done inside a soundstage so leaked set photos have been rare, except for the first batch that featured Captain America, Black Widow, and Ant-Man.

Scarlet Witch and Mantis were part of the unfortunate half of the universe who was killed by Thanos' powerful snap in Avengers: Infinity War. Both, however, played a pivotal part in the Earth's Mightiest Heroes gallant attempt to foil the Mad Titan's plans. Mantis was surprisingly able to contain the villain for an extended period of time in Titan, while Wanda pulled an impressive double duty - holding Thanos off (with five Infinity Stones and all) as she destroyed the Mind Stone on Vision's forehead. Considering the two's high power levels, the Avengers would be lucky to have them onboard in Avengers 4. Luckily, it seems like they will partake in the final showdown against Thanos in next year's still-untitled film, as the actresses are reportedly in Atlanta for the film's reshoots.

Atlanta-based photographer, Atlanta Filming, shared on his official Twitter account that both Olsen and Klementieff are in town for the ongoing Avengers 4 reshoots. No pictures were released to back this detail up, but given the source's history of closely covering Marvel films (or any movie or TV filming in the area), there's no reason to doubt what he's saying. Fans are obviously thrilled about the news, most of them assuming that the two characters will be resurrected after being snuffed out of existence in Avengers 4. Check out his tweet below:

While fans were already expecting Mantis to be revived - considering that she's confirmed to appear in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (despite it being on indefinite hold), a film set after the events of the twin Avengers sequels - it's interesting to know that Wanda may be also brought back to life. At this point, there's no concrete reason behind her resurrection, as she's not presently confirmed for any Marvel sequels. That said, just because a character is coming back in Avengers 4, that doesn't automatically mean that they'll be resurrected. They could be involved in varying capacities, such as in flashbacks or visions, without the confirmation that they'll remain around for Phase 4.

However, if Wanda will be among the lucky ones to be resurrected following the bout against Thanos, one would be curious to know if that also means that Vision will be rebooted. The two's narratives have been tightly intertwined, and there's only so much Marvel Studios can do with one of them without the other. Perhaps the forthcoming Scarlet Witch TV series set to be available on Disney's upcoming streaming service could follow the couple's adventures separate from the Avengers. Otherwise, it could just be Wanda dealing with the death of Vision, which in itself sounds like a great character piece.
