Kara first started writing for Screen Rant in 2019. She then served as a Lead Trainer and an editor. Kara is currently a Jr. Lead Editor for the Features team, but occasionally, she still writes about her favorite horror movies and streaming releases. That said, Kara still keeps up with Star Wars and the MCU.

Favorite Media

Kara has always loved horror since she started watching the genre at too young of an age. Her favorite horror franchise is Scream, but the Halloween movies still give her nightmares. As for other franchises, her favorite OG Avenger is Thor after meeting Chris Hemsworth, and she considers Leia Organa to be the best Disney Princess.
