Industry Focus
Christopher has covered a wide range of topics while employed at Screen Rant, most of which revolve around movies and television. After starting as a list writer, Christopher progressed to writing and editing breaking news about some of Hollywood’s biggest franchises, such as the MCU, DCEU, and Star Wars. He was even in charge of Screen Rant’s coverage for Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights opening night in 2023.
Author Details
Christopher is the Operations Specialist at Screen Rant. He graduated from Rock Valley College in 2018 with an Associate of Arts degree and a Media Production Specialist certificate. After running his own movie blog called Flap’s Film Files on Facebook for over five years, Christopher joined the Screen Rant team in 2018 as a writer before moving up the ranks to his current position.
Favorite Media
Even though they terrify him, Christopher is a sucker for giant monster movies such as Cloverfield, Super 8, and Godzilla Minus One. A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) is his favorite movie of all time, but other ‘80s horror classics like Evil Dead 2 and Killer Klowns From Outer Space rank high on his list. Toy Story 2 also has a special place in his heart since it was the first movie he remembers seeing in theaters with his Dad when he was only two years old.
