In celebration of Assassin's Creed's 15th anniversary, Ubisoft partnered with Overlook Events to create Assassin's Creed Symphonic Adventure, an orchestra and choir event scheduled to premiere in late 2022. Of course, music is baked into the DNA of the Assassin's Creed franchise, with its main theme - "Ezio's Family" - becoming among the most iconic pieces in gaming.

Understanding what it has on its hands, Ubisoft always finds a way to pay homage to the saga's musical history, evidenced in the creation of Assassin's Creed Symphony. This multimedia symphonic project previously toured the globe, inviting fans to take part in concerts that honor the brand and feature music from the scores created by composers such as Jesper Kyd, Sarah Schachner, Winifred Phillips, Elitsa Alexandrova, and Lorne Balfe. Due to the global pandemic, the show remains on an indefinite hiatus; yet, its spirit will take to the stage once more come October 2022, based on Ubisoft's latest Assassin's Creed-related announcement.

Ubisoft has announced (via VGC) its partnership with Overlook Events, a collaboration honoring Assassin's Creed's 15th anniversary that will result in a full orchestra and choir event boasting an HD screen, lighting, and sound effects. Dubbed Assassin's Creed Symphonic Adventure, the concert should premiere next fall on October 29, 2022 at the Grand Rex in Paris, France. As the "brand-new official Assassin's Creed concert," the Symphonic Adventure is also slated to begin touring the globe on an unspecified date in early 2023. Each concert will feature two hours of music highlighting no less than 100 musical pieces. Ubisoft describes the event as an "immersive concert" wherein audiences will "follow each game with its individual musical identity, accompanied by video montages on screen, perfectly synchronized with the orchestra, choir, and soloists." This seems a good way to celebrate 15 years of a franchise whose music often proves integral to the core experience. As of now, though, details about ticket prices and the like remain unknown to the public.

Created by Ubisoft Montréal, the first Assassin's Creed game debuted in 2007. The brand began its quick ascent to the stratosphere following the launches of Assassin's Creed II and Brotherhood in 2009 and 2010, respectively. With 12 mainline entries under its belt, the series shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon. Reportedly, though, Ubisoft does plan to lean more heavily into the live-service model with Assassin's Creed Infinity, a cross-studio project between the Montréal and Québec teams that remains a mystery in terms of official details.
