When Arrowverse started with the TV show Arrow back in 2012, it's possible no-one expected the fictional superhero universe would go on to become as successful as it is today. And that's despite the fact that superheroes seem to rule the world of the films.

Arrowverse now includes multiple superhero shows, each of which focuses on a vastly different hero (or a team of them). Many of the universe's fans then seem to prefer one hero over another. And even though who's the greatest of them all remains an open question, one thing's for certain. It's good to know more about the heroes - including their date of birth.

Stargirl

Stargirl Pat Drives Courtney To School

Stargirl, also known under her civil name of Courtney Elizabeth Whitmore, is one of the youngest Arrowverse heroes. Both based on her age and the date when her solo show premiered. However, the heroine known as Stargirl appeared in the Arrowverse before.

During the Legends' travels, they came across the Justice Society of America - and Stargirl was its member. She then went on to live in the Arthurian times and posed as Merlin. Courtney, on the other hand, is just at the start of her journey since she was only born in 2004 and is still a teenager.

Zari Tarazi

Speaking of the youngest superheroes, there's also the curious case of Zari Tarazi. Zari was only born in 2009/2010. But thanks to time travel shenanigans, she joined the team of Legends of Tomorrow as an adult.

To make matters even more complicated, there are currently two existing Zaris, one from the previous timeline and the next one from the new timeline. Either way, Zari has already accomplished many great things, especially when one considers she's still a child in the current times.

Speedy

Arrow Thea Queen dressed as Speedy

Thea Queen started out as a spoiled young woman on Arrow but she eventually became a superhero known as Speedy. The training with her biological father, the deadly assassin Malcolm Merlyn, helped Thea master new skills. But unlike her father, Thea always had a strong moral compass.

That's not bad for such a young person. Thea was born on the 21st of January 1995 which means she's an Aquarius.

Arsenal

Arrow Arsenal Fadeout Colton Haynes Roy Harper

Speaking of Thea... She later left her superhero life behind and focused on her work. She also got engaged to Roy Harper aka Arsenal. The young couple didn't have an easy start since they first met when Roy stole her purse. But they got together and supported each other through difficult times.

It might be easy to believe they're the exact same age but Roy is actually 4 years older than Thea - he was born on the 13th of July 1991 and his Zodiac sign is Cancer.

The Atom

Ray Palmer

Ray Palmer aka The Atom wasn't the most sympathetic hero on Arrow. But once he joined the Legends, he was given the opportunity to shine and do what he really wanted.

Ray then went on to become the heart and soul of the team thanks to his eternal optimism - despite all the bad things he's been through. Ray's exact date of birth isn't known but he was born sometime in 1981, unlike his actor Brandon Routh, who's 2 years older.

John Constantine

Constantine against a wall in a trench coat

John Constantine's solo show was canceled only after the first season but he found his place on Legends of Tomorrow. Considering Constantine's stubbornness, it will hardly come as a surprise that he's a Taurus.

People born in this sign are known for doing what they want. John Constantine was born in England on the 10th of May 1982.

Batwoman

Featured Batwoman Season 2 Will Address Kate Kane Exit

Thanks to her no-nonsense personality, Kate Kane aka Batwoman might seem older than she actually is. But she and her twin sister Beth (who later became the villain Alice) were only born on the 26th of January 1990 which means Kate belongs to the younger generation of heroes.

And just like another young hero, Thea Queen, Kate was born in the sign of Aquarius.

Killer Frost

Killer Frost using her powers in The Flash

Killer Frost wasn't always one of the good guys - but Caitlin Snow is, and lately, they've managed to make it work as a duo living in one body. An unusual couple, as far as Arrowverse is concerned, but it still works.

Caitlin has been through a lot, lost her dad and her husband Ronnie (twice), but she's still young. Caitlin was born on the 28th of February 1989 so she's a Pisces.

White Canary

Sara Lance wearing her Black Canary costume in Arrow

The Captain of the ship Waverider and of the Legends usually prefers to be called by her civil name - Sara Lance. But that doesn't change the fact she's a hero of her own right.

Sara is an actual Christmas gift since she was born on the 25th of December 1987 - which means she's a Capricorn. She had an older sister Laurel (born on the 15th of November 1985) who became Black Canary. Sara died in 2014 but returned back to life in 2015.

Green Arrow

Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen in Arrow Season 4

Also known as the Hood or simply Arrow, Oliver Queen was the hero who started it all. In the end, he sacrificed his life to save the Multiverse. Just like his good friend and former girlfriend Sara, Oliver was presumed dead on more than one occasion.

He was born on the 16th of May 1985 in the sign of the Taurus and was close in age to another former girlfriend of his, Laurel Lance. Oliver eventually married Felicity Smoak, who, having been born on the 24th of July 1989, was 4 years his junior.

The Flash

The Flash Barry Allen Season 5

There are multiple heroes who used the name The Flash. But the most famous one is Barry Allen. Barry first appeared on Arrow and he and Oliver eventually became good friends, just like Barry and Felicity.

The scarlet speedster later headlined his own show and continues to do so to this day. Barry was born on the 14th of March 1989 and his Zodiac sign is Pisces. His wife Iris West-Allen is then only several months younger than him since she was born on the 24th of June the same year.
