The ultimate DC crossover takes the stage in fan art imagining a Crisis on 2 Earths movie that brings together the heroes of both the Arrowverse and the DCEU. Unlike the MCU, which is once again expanding onto television with streaming shows connected to the movies, DC boasts two different connected universes that largely stand alone in film and on television. While the DCEU features movies centered on the universe's biggest heroes like Batman (Ben Affleck) and Superman (Henry Cavill), the Arrowverse steadily built up its own world with shows centered on individual characters, all of which grew out of Arrow.

However, as DC continues to change up its way of doing things, there have been small instances of crossovers between the Arrowverse and the DCEU. The Arrowverse's biggest event yet, Crisis on Infinite Earths, saw its Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) come face to face with the DCEU's (Ezra Miller). It was a brief moment but one that amused fans nonetheless. This new trend looks to continue with Miller's first solo movie, The Flash, as Gustin reportedly has a cameo. Beyond that, it remains to be seen if the two DC worlds will ever come together.

However, there are plenty of fans who would be interested in the idea. Digital artist artoftimetravel shared a poster for the imaginary movie Justice League: Crisis on 2 Earths, and it brings together the Arrowverse and DCEU counterparts of each hero. While the actual Crisis on 2 Earths storyline is different, the poster uses a similar design to show the likes of Batman and Supergirl opposite each other. Check it out below.

Most of the heroes featured on both sides of the DC art are major players in their respective universes, but others haven't received quite the same treatment. For example, the Arrowverse's Batman (Warren Christie) has yet to be seen in his proper form; instead, Batwoman season 2 revealed Bruce Wayne's face via an altered Hush. Additionally, the DCEU's Martian Manhunter (Harry Lennix) was only revealed in his true form this year in Zack Snyder's Justice League, and it remains to be seen if he will return in a future project.

The DC franchise hasn't always found success in expanding its world, but things are looking up. The Arrowverse continues to flourish with seemingly endless new shows, with Superman & Lois being the latest to join up. Meanwhile, the DCEU has several long-awaited movies coming within the next few years, including the aforementioned Flash and Black Adam. As both worlds continue to grow, perhaps there will be more opportunities for small crossovers. If not, there's always fan art.
