Users won’t be limited to accessing Guided Meditation on their iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, however. Apple has confirmed that audio versions of the Guided Meditation videos will also be available for use on the Apple Watch. The audio-based Guided Meditations will be added on a weekly basis as part of the new Mindfulness app. Users will then be able to listen to Guided Meditations by connecting a pair of Bluetooth earbuds, such as AirPods, to the smartwatch.

With Guided Meditations on the Apple Watch, users can also combine meditation with other workout activities, like going on a walk or bike ride, making it easy to continue tracking their activity while also meditating. Considering the Apple Watch has always focused on helping users improve health and fitness, Guided Meditations seem like the perfect addition to Apple's wearable.
