Team Deathmatch, also referred to as "TDM" in-game, is a 6v6 Mode in Apex Legends Mobile that involves two teams contesting to reach a target score, such as a total of 30 kills. The team that achieves the number first is crowned as the victor. As one would expect, the teams can only choose one of each Legend per player but still is able to select from a variety of available weaponry in Apex Legends.
There are two variations of Team Deathmatch in Apex Legends Mobile. The first is called "Base Respawn," which spawns players in a fixed location specified as their base. Anytime a teammate is slain, they will respawn at their designated base. TDM's second variation is "Random Respawn," which, as its name implies, will respawn players at a random location within the map. Naturally, each mode has its pros and cons and should be chosen depending on the player's preference.
To unlock the Team Deathmatch Mode in Apex Legends Mobile, players must first finish the tutorial stage provided at the start of their playthrough. Next, they need to complete a single Battle Royale match to unlock other available features in the game. Finally, both variations of TDM become available once the user attains Level 5 on their account within Apex Legends Mobile.
Unlocking Team Deathmatch In Apex Legends Mobile
While Level 5 is not a high prerequisite to reach in Apex Legends Mobile, players eager to jump into Team Deathmatch might be curious about how they can level up quickly. Unfortunately, as a competitive PvP-focused and match-based game, Apex Legends Mobile does not offer any exploitative means of fast leveling. On the other hand, there are three practices that will ensure mobile users swift account progression for unlocking TMD Base Respawn and Random Respawn.
First, always make sure to claim the game's Daily Rewards and complete any challenges correlating to them.
