With so many movies to choose from, we have 10 that you can't miss out on. Here are the top 10 most anticipated movies of 2020, according to IMDb. Please note, this list is not based on IMDb's user scores but the actual page views and popularity of the films, which is determined by data provided by IMDbPro.

FAST & FURIOUS 9 - MAY 22

In 2019, Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham broke away from the main Fast & Furious franchise to make their spinoff movie in Hobbs & Shaw. That may not have rubbed many of their former castmates the right way, but it has not stopped Vin Diesel's main franchise.

Diesel is back as Dominic Toretto in Fast & Furious 9 with most of his crew in tow, including Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, and Ludacris. Paul Walker's brother Cody is also joining up as the franchise digitally imposes Paul's face into his body to bring back Brian O'Connor.

THE KING'S MAN - SEPT. 18

DUNE - DEC. 18

For the past few years, no director has been more impressive than Denis Villeneuve in the realm of sci-fi and fantasy. After Arrival in 2016, he took on the risky task of creating the sequel to one of the most beloved sci-fi films in history and knocked it out of the park with Blade Runner 2049.

Now, Villeneuve is taking another significant risk by remaking the classic fantasy movie Dune. Based on the story by Frank Herbert, the new movie stars Timothee Chalamet, Oscar Isaac, and Rebecca Ferguson.

WONDER WOMAN 1984 - JUNE 5

The live-action remakes of classic Disney animated films continue in 2020. After The Lion KingAladdin, and Lady and the Tramp hit in 2019, the new year sees the arrival of Mulan. The film has a fantastic cast with star Liu Yifel joined by Donnie Yen, Jason Scott Lee, and Jet Li.

The live-action remake follows the same storyline, as Yifel stars as Hua Mulan, the oldest daughter of a war veteran who defies tradition and the law to disguise herself as a male to join the Imperial Army to help save her father.

BLACK WIDOW - MAY 1

Black Widow Brazil CCXP Poster Teaser Details

Two Marvel Cinematic Universe movies are coming out in 2020, and since one of them is still an unknown property to mainstream fans in The Eternals, the one they are more excited about is Black Widow. The Avengers member who died in Avengers: Infinity War is back here in a period piece that takes place after Captain America: Civil War.

Natasha heads back home to Russia and rediscovers her past, including the organization that created multiple Black Widows, including two played by Florence Pugh and Rachel Weisz, as well as a former Russian super-soldier called the Red Guardian.

NO TIME TO DIE - APRIL 10

No Time To Die Bond Blofeld

James Bond is back for his 25th film, and it looks like this will be the final appearance in the role for Daniel Craig. Cary Fukunaga (True Detective) replaced Danny Boyle as the director and brought back most of the supporting cast, including Blofeld (Christoph Waltz).

No Time to Die has a new bad guy in Mr. Robot's Rami Malek, a villain with dangerous new technology that Bond has to stop before he lets it loose on the world. The trailer also makes it look like Bond has other Double-O's to deal with as well.

TOP GUN: MAVERICK - JUNE 26

Hollywood has been making sequels lately for movies that are very, very old. Blade Runner 2049 hit 35 years after the original. Doctor Sleep hit theaters 39 years after the original. Even Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle arrived 22 years after the first film. Now, Top Gun is back.

The big difference is that the main star of the first film, Tom Cruise, is the main star of the sequel — 34 years after he starred as Maverick for the first time. Top Gun: Maverick has Maverick as a flight instructor taking on a new student known as Rooster — the son of his former partner Goose.

SONIC THE HEDGEHOG - FEB. 14

Sonic gets a movie redesign

When the first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog hit, fans hit the roof ridiculing the entire movie. The biggest complaints centered on the look of Sonic himself and to the studio's credit, they fixed the problems that fans seemed to hate. Now, will the movie end up a success or just another revival that falls short?

The movie is a hybrid, with Sonic animated but human characters involved as well. The villain is Jim Carrey as the evil Doctor Robotnik, while James Marsden as a human who helps Sonic in his adventures.

BIRDS OF PREY: AND THE FANTABULOUS EMANCIPATION OF ONE HARLEY QUINN - FEB. 7

Rosie Perez, Ella Jay Basco, Margot Robbie and Jurnee Smollett-Bell in Birds of Prey

The number one most anticipated movie of 2020 based on IMDb interest is the next film from the DCEU. The follow-up to Suicide Squad is Birds of Prey, an all-female ensemble that sees Margot Robbie returning as Harley Quinn.

Joining Harley is characters from the world of Batman, including Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), Black Canary (Jurnee Smollett-Bell), Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez), and Cassandra Cain (Ella Jay Basco). Also on tap is the wonderfully over-the-top villain of Black Mask (Ewan McGregor).
