A brand new Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania trailer is released by Marvel Studios that reveals more menacing moments from Kang the Conqueror. The trilogy capper to Peyton Reed's MCU sub-franchise is set to kick off Phase 5 of the Multiverse Saga. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will also debut Kang the Conqueror following He Who Remains' introduction in Loki and ahead of his battle against the Avengers in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

As the release date of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania nears, the MCU is ramping up its marketing efforts for the film, rolling out a new trailer shared by Marvel Entertainment that shows more of Kang the Conqueror's threatening Scott Lang and the rest of Team Ant-Man. Watch it below:

Aside from new looks at Kang the Conqueror, the footage also offers new narrative details about Ant-Man 3. That includes the confirmation Scott and Hope's romance is going strong, as well as an emphasis on Ant-Man's deep regret about not being able to spend more time with Cassie.

What To Expect From Ant-Man 3's Kang The Conqueror

Kang The Conquerer

Kang the Conqueror is a massive step up from Ant-Man's previous adversaries and that's by design. Marvel Studios wants to subject the often underestimated hero to this experience to highlight how capable he actually is. Unlike He Who Remains who had morals, his variant is clearly scarier and brazen. As Janet mentioned, he thinks he's a god, which makes him more dangerous.

Marketing footage for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has kept specifics of Kang the Conqueror's Quantum Realm situation under wraps. But it's clear that he is trapped in the dimension and needs the help of Team Ant-Man to get out. Kevin Feige has also confirmed that he doesn't have access to his full powers while in the Quantum Realm.

To make things more interesting, however, Team Ant-Man aren't Kang the Conqueror's only enemies. It's been previously confirmed that he's also in conflict with his variants. Whether or not they will appear in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is still unclear, but it will definitely be an important detail as the MCU moves forward with the Multiverse Saga.
