The first poster for Ant-Man & the Wasp has debuted at San Diego Comic-Con, showing Hope in action alongside Giant-Man. Thanks to D23 and Comic-Con, Marvel fans have had a lot to hold them over while they await the remaining films in the MCU's Phase 3. The biggie came in the form of the latest Thor: Ragnarok trailer, but the other movies still got a look-in, including next year's Ant-Man sequel.

In the past week, we'd seen glimpses of the new Wasp suit, but last night brought so much more. It was announced that bringing to life the original Wasp, Janet van Dyne, will be Michelle Pfieffer. She'll also be joined by new heroes and villains, including Laurence Fishburne as Dr. Bill Foster aka Goliath, Hannah John-Kamen as the villainous Ghost, and Walter Goggins as the corporate ne'er-do-well Sonny Burch. Now, we finally have our first good look at the Wasp in action thanks to a brand-new poster.

Marvel Studios unveiled the first Ant-Man & the Wasp poster as SDCC today, giving us our best look yet as Hope in action. Flying through the air and changing size to tackle a nefarious looking soldier, we also see Scott Lang as Giant-Man exploding a helicopter with his fist.

Along with the action, we can see Lang, van Dyne, Hank Pym, Luis, and Scott's daughter Cassie in the background. While the first three are obviously the stars, it looks as if Luis will have an even more prominent role in the film. Meanwhile, Cassie's presence shows she'll have a much more significant part in this film, hopefully teeing up her future as a superhero.

Along with the new poster and all of the casting announcements, footage and concept art from the film was shown to attendees last night. While work on the film has only just begin, what was revealed hints at a lot of fun action sequences and a big expansion of the MCU.

We know Hope won't be Avengers: Infinity War so that her reveal as a hero could be saved for Ant-Man 2. With her costume and powers on full display in the movie, however, it'll be exciting to see her join the fight for Avengers 4. In the meantime, Ant-Man & the Wasp will serve as the perfect introduction to the new hero.
