Animal Crossing New Horizons manages to take what fans of the series loved, such as interior decorating, and expand upon it through the DIY crafting and customization. However, one aspect of the series that’s remained the same is completing wildlife collections, whether it be by catching bugs with a net, hooking fish with a line, or digging up fossils with a shovel.

Fossils have been a part of the Animal Crossing series since the first installment, and they continue to pop up on islands in New Horizons. After digging them all up and donating them to Blathers, they’ll continue to appear. While duplicates can’t be donated to the museum, players can build their own dinosaur displays around town. However, many fossils sell for a large sum of bells that players can use to pay off their home mortgage or build up their bank account. There are a total of 73 fossils to find, so here’s a list of every single one and how much they’ll sell for at Nook’s Cranny.

New Horizons Fossil Selling Guide

Every day, four fossils will spawn randomly on the player's island. Additionally, one fossil can be found per day on one of the Nook Miles islands, so players looking to earn an extra buck can head there to expand their collection. There is no set order for what fossils appear, so here's every single fossil in the game listed from highest selling price to lowest selling price.
