The game's Happy Home Paradise DLC lets users create holiday homes for villagers, offering lots of creative freedom with new features such as the Animal Crossing animated polishing tool, giving players new ways to bring their ideas to life.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons received its first and only paid DLC in November with the Happy Home Paradise add-on. The DLC sees players recruited at Paradise Planning, becoming responsible for making the ideal getaways for any characters they wish. Players are given a theme idea and a handful of items they must include, but otherwise are free to use the wide catalog of items and features to create whatever they desire. The freedom of Happy Home Paradise has led to lots of ingenious builds and recreations, including a particularly adorable Toy Story room made in Animal Crossing.
Redditor sniperpandas has impressed the Animal Crossing subreddit with their recreation of the Bob's Burgers restaurant, made famous by the animated sitcom of the same name. The build is the perfect holiday home for cat villager Bob, who looks very pleased with their recreated burger joint, despite being a little short for the counters. The creative design features the iconic bar table along with two booths with classic red diner seating. The user has even been able to add small details including a fire extinguisher, water dispenser, and the memorable blue hanging lights seen in the show. The creator has also included a full kitchen for their restaurant, topping off the instantly-recognizable look.
