Andy Cohen accidentally revealed on Watch What Happens Live that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards recently had a breast reduction surgery, and he apologized profusely to the housewife. RHOBH stars are no strangers to plastic surgery. However, most of them don’t admit it and claim they were born with their looks. Dorit Kemsley’s old photos resurfaced some time ago, and despite fans saying she looks different, Dorit insisted that she never had work done to her face. Lisa Rinna has been open about getting permanent lip fillers injected into her top lip during her 20s and has managed to create a beauty line because of her renowned lips.
Kyle has also been transparent about the elective surgeries she has had done over the years. She opened up about the first nose job she had done in 2006, and then another one in 2020 after she broke it on the set of Halloween Kills. After being in pain for some time, Kyle went to the doctor and realized she had broken her nose. The RHOBH star also admitted to getting liposuction around her waist when her love handles stubbornly remained after having four kids. Kyle, whose style has evolved over the years, has also gotten non-invasive treatments for her face, including Botox and lasers.
During a recent Watch What Happens Live episode, Andy innocently asked Kyle, “How’s the breast reduction working out?” Kyle answered with, “Oh, thank you for letting everyone know, Andy. Thank you.” A shocked Andy realized that he had spilled Kyle’s secret and covered his mouth in horror. He confessed that he thought Kyle had already talked about it, to which she replied that she hadn’t. Kyle revealed that she had texted Andy multiple times about it but she hadn't told anybody else about her surgery.
Kyle went on to explain why she had the breast reduction done. She told Watch What Happens Live viewers that she never had implants but she always had big breasts and wanted them smaller. She shared, “I don’t ever want to wear a bra ever again, and here I am.” The Kyle X Shahida store owner bemoaned that her breasts still looked big because they were swollen, but Andy insisted that they looked great. Following the accidental reveal, a chagrined Andy told Kyle, “I apologize. I am so, so sorry.”
To her credit, Kyle took the incident in stride and was able to laugh it off. Watch What Happens Live viewers gasped when Andy revealed the surgery but laughed along with the RHOBH star when she candidly talked about it. Kyle joked that she couldn’t wait to share more secrets with Andy the next time she was on the show, but there seems to be no hard feelings between him and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.
