Amy Sedaris was most recently seen on The Mandalorian, but here's where else you may have seen the veteran actress and comedian. Sedaris is a former member of Chicago's legendary Second City improv comedy troupe, which has also featured members like Bill Murray, Tina Fey, Mike Myers and countless others. After making her debut in the TV movie Big Deals starring Tim Curry in 1991, her first major TV series came with sketch show Exit 57. She co-created this cult series alongside Stephen Colbert and Paul Dinello, with her famed brother David Sedaris also providing material.

Exit 57 lasted for two seasons, with Amy Sedaris following up with movies like forgotten Harrison Ford vehicle Six Days, Seven Nights and Comedy Central show Strangers With Candy. This provided the comedian with one of her most famous roles as Jerri Blank, an ex-drug addict returning to high school at age 46. The show debuted in 1999 and ran for three seasons, and the cult favorite later received a movie spinoff in 2005 with Sedaris once again reprising Jerri.

Amy Sedaris would soon go on to appear in an almost dizzing number of guest appearances on popular TV shows. The most notable include a recurring role on Sex And The City as Courtney Masterson, Rescue Me and American Dad. She was also a regular face on the big screen, with Sedaris appearing in 2003's Elf, Stay with Ryan Gosling, the 2005 remake of Bewitched and future cult favorite Jennifer's Body.

Amy Sedaris was just as busy from the 2010s onwards, voicing a role in Shrek spinoff Puss In Boots and appearing in Jon Favreau's dramedy Chef. On the small screen, she appeared on shows like Broad City and played a recurring role on the short-lived political comedy Alpha House. In 2014 Amy Sedaris landed another signature part as the voice of Princess Carolyn on BoJack Horseman. Carolyn is a pink cat who acts as the title character's workaholic talent agent and sometime girlfriend. Sedaris received praise for her work on the show, with BoJack season 6 ending on a happy note for the character.

Inbetween occasional big-screen roles like voicing Guineafowl in Jon Favreau's Lion King remake, Amy Sedaris has been especially active on TV in the last few years. Highlights include a recurring part on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Star Vs. The Forces Of Evil and At Home with Amy Sedaris. The latter is a surreal comedy series where Sedaris plays herself - and some other characters - with a focus on her homemaking skills. Amy Sedaris reunited with Favreau once again for The Mandoralian, where she played mechanic Peli Motto who the title character befriends while visiting Mos Eisley; she also takes a shine to Grogu.
