As one of the biggest breakout hits of 2020, Among Us has proven to be incredibly popular. However, some of its color choices are apparently not very popular at all. Thanks to a tweet from the official Among Us account, the world now knows which colors are the least popular: lime, green, and brown. So, will this finally put all the least favorite color debates to rest?

Choosing a color for the player's Crewmate is an important part of Among Us. This is especially true since some colors are viewed as more sus - or suspicious - than others. For instance, red is perhaps the most sus since players associate the color with blood, and due to the fact that most official Among Us artwork from InnerSloth depicts Red as the Impostor. Sometimes, though, players may just choose their favorite color - or decide on one that best compliments their hat or overall outfit.

As Among Us has risen in popularity, so have debates over which color is actually the worst. Fans have thrown out theories regarding which color is most likely to be an Impostor, which color is most likely to be killed, and even which character is most likely to win a game. Most of this information is guesswork, but that's all changed now that InnerSloth has officially revealed what the most and least popular Among Us colors are.

Which Among Us Color Is Actually The Worst?

least favorite colors in among us

Thanks to the image pictured above, which was shared by the official Among Us Twitter account, fans now know what the most popular and least popular colors in the game are. It's unclear why lime, brown, and green are so unpopular. Perhaps these colors just don't look as nice with the many costumes and hats in Among Us, or maybe players just prefer the other colors. Not shown are the rankings for Yellow, Orange, Pink, Cyan, Blue, or Purple Crewmates.

The real meaning behind these Among Us color choices may never be known. For players who prefer using lime, green, or brown, this new information isn't likely to deter them from still using those colors. However, it does hopefully settle the debate over which colors are the worst (assuming, of course, that "worst" in this case means "least popular"). Either way, it's some fun information to have.

Now that InnerSloth is sharing fun facts about the game via the official Among Us Twitter, perhaps fans will learn more about color choices (and their impact) in future reveals. While this data reveal on the most popular and least popular colors in Among Us may not directly affect how players choose their colors from now on, it's still nice to know - and may lead to some interesting meta-game lore down the road.
