This week, the American Idol season 20 Top 10 contestants headed to Disneyland for the fan-favorite Disney Night, and their song choices have been revealed. Derek Hough serves as the mentor for the contestants as they prepare to sing some of the most beloved classics from the Disney songbook. On this night, the contestants, the audience, and the judges get swept up in the Disney magic.

Each season, viewers look forward to finding out which character Katy Perry will dress up as. Her past costumes have included Snow White (season 16), Ursula the Sea Witch (season 17), Jumbo the Elephant, with her dog Nugget as Dumbo (season 18), and Tinker Bell (season 19). Katy certainly embraces the theme of Disney Night. Spending time at the Happiest Place on Earth also gets the contestants into the Disney spirit. This week, the American Idol season 20 Top 10 contestants have spent the week in Disneyland, not only getting ready for their upcoming performances, but enjoying their time together at the park.

Now, the Top 10 song choices have been revealed by D23. The contestants will take on classics from some of the most beloved Disney movies of all-time. The song list is as follows: Christian Guardino – "Circle of Life" from The Lion King; Emyrson Flora – "Carried Me with You" from Onward; Fritz Hager – "Go the Distance" from Hercules; HunterGirl – "I See the Light" from Tangled; Jay Copeland – "Remember Me" from Coco; Lady K – "How Far I’ll Go" from Moana; Leah Marlene – "When She Loved Me" from Toy Story 2; Mike Parker – "You’ll Be in My Heart" from Tarzan; Nicolina Bozzo – "Poor Unfortunate Souls" from The Little Mermaid; and Noah Thompson – "You’ve Got a Friend in Me" from Toy Story. The American Idol contestants are sure to make each of these classic songs their own, with a little help from their mentor, Derek.

Katy Perry Snow White Disney

In addition to the performances from the American Idol Top 10, Rhenzy Feliz and Adassa, two of the voice actors from Encanto who played Camilo and Dolores respectively, will perform "We Don't Talk About Bruno," the hit song from the film. The episode also highlights the return of the nighttime spectaculars at Disneyland, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Main Street Electrical Parade. This episode will be followed by Monday's show which features "The Great Idol Reunion," a twentieth anniversary celebration during which legendary American Idol finalists including Ruben Studdard, Scotty McCreery, Jordin Sparks, David Cook, Lauren Alaina, Kris Allen, Maddie Poppe, Laine Hardy, Willie Spence, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Grace Kinstler, Laci Kaye Booth, and original judges Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson will return to the stage.

Disney Night on American Idol is one of the most special nights of the season. The happiness and magic of Disney fills everyone's hearts, and the audience can sing along to some of their favorite songs. This year's stellar group of Top 10 finalists is sure to make it the best Disney Night yet.
