The newest trailer for Impeachment: American Crime Story introduces all the main characters in the Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinsky scandal. From executive producer Ryan Murphy, the man behind another hit anthology series on FX (American Horror Story), ACS famously hones in on a different American true-crime story each season. In 2016, season 1 tackled the murder trial of O.J. Simpson and the second season followed that up with another famous crime from around the same time, the murder of Gianni Versace.

Now, after years of waiting, anticipation for the third installment is sky-high, which will chronicle President Bill Clinton's (Clive Owen) affair with Monica Lewinsky (Beanie Feldstein) and his subsequent impeachment through the former White House intern's perspective. This marks the first time one of the show's subjects (Lewinsky) actually played a role in the series as a producer. The show's all-star cast is rounded out by Edie Falco as Hillary Clinton and Sarah Paulson as Linda Tripp. Impeachment has already gotten a few trailers introducing many of the players in this scandal, and now another one is here.

The latest trailer for the third season of American Crime Story urges viewers to meet the cast. The trailer clocks in at 30 seconds long, shorter than some of the previous teasers, but still does a nice job highlighting each member of the main cast, including Feldstein as Lewinsky and Owen and Falco as the Clintons. Paulson is nearly unrecognizable as Tripp, Lewinsky's confidante who secretly recorded her phone calls. Annaleigh Ashford stars as Paula Jones, a woman who sued Bill Clinton for sexual harassment. Margo Martindale stars as Lucianne Goldberg, a key player in Clinton's impeachment trial. Watch the trailer below, per FX:

Even though they aren't showcased in this trailer, Impeachment boasts an equally impressive supporting cast, such as Billy Eichner as Matt Drudge, the founder of the website Drudge Report, and Cobie Smulders as Ann Coulter, both of whom are conservative political figures who played crucial roles in the impeachment of Bill Clinton. Colin Hanks also appears as the attorney Mike Emmick. Elizabeth Reaser and Fred Melamed also star in recurring roles and will surely be recognizable to audiences.

Due to this impressive ensemble cast and the sensational true story at its core, Impeachment is shaping up to be one the most anticipated shows of the Fall. A few documentary series have tackled this story before, which have helped the public reanalyze Lewinsky's role in the scandal in a different light. Now, this will be the first dramatization told through her perspective, as Lewinsky consulted throughout development to ensure the story was accurate. The wait for Impeachment: American Crime Story will soon be over as it premieres September 7 on FX.
