Amazon announced that on June 21 and 22, Amazon Prime members can sign up and register for a seven-day free trial of the new game streaming service, Amazon Luna. Amazon first announced its cloud game-streaming service in September 2020. The service will give users access to major game titles, such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Resident Evil Biohazard and more. Users can use a mouse and keyboard, an Xbox One controller, a DualShock 4 controller or buy the Luna controller for $69.99.

Amazon Luna works on PCs (Windows and Mac), Fire TV, iPhones, iPads and some Android devices, making the game-streaming service appealing to those without a big console. June 21 and 22 are Amazon's Prime Days, which is the time of year when Amazon has deals on all types of items for its members. If users need a controller to play, Amazon is placing the Luna controller on sale until June 22 (via KnowTechie).

Amazon Luna Ubisoft

There are currently two gaming channel options: Luna+ or Ubisoft+. Luna+ is $5.99 and allows streaming on two devices at once with access to their growing game library. Ubisoft+ is $14.99 a month, gives players 1080p/60fps graphics but can only stream on one device at a time; this option allows players to download PC versions of the game through the Ubisoft Connect App. At the end of the trial, members can continue the service by subscribing to Luna+ or Ubisoft+.
