Eleven teams are competing on this season of The Amazing Race, including siblings Eswar and Aparna Dhinakaran. The brother-sister duo was introduced when the 32nd season premiered on October 14 on CBS.

Fans are lucky that filming for this season was wrapped up before the coronavirus pandemic hit the world. Otherwise, The Amazing Race would not be gracing their screens. In fact, filming for season 33 has been put on pause, and it's not clear when the show will be able to resume production. The 32nd season takes contestants to Trinidad and Tobago for the first leg of the race. During this season, the show was able to complete one million miles, and the journey is only at the beginning.

To help fans get to know the competitors, CBS gave a rundown on the contestants, including Bay Area siblings Eswar and Aparna, who have dreamed of competing on TAR for a long, long time. The Dhinakaran siblings were born in Chennai, India, before moving to and residing in Fremont, California. They talk about how exciting it was to see their hometown on mainstream American media, and how much more that motivated them to get on the show. The two grew up watching the reality TV show with their family. Both Eswar and Aparna studied to be engineers at the University of California, Berkeley. Both siblings work in tech. The two also share an interest in travel and express their passion for all things diverse, from culture to food. In their biography, CBS touches on TAR being an experience they hope will make them closer, and bring them together as a team. Well, time does tell-all, and two years later, this photo and caption Eswar posted on Instagram tells the viewers a story of triumph. Could they have possibly won the prize of $1 million? He writes, "I couldn't be prouder of the team we've become and the adventures we've had over the years."

Aparna has also been active on Instagram as of late, recently posting this teaser photo of the teams competing in this season of The Amazing Race. The competition is standing in front of the Hollywood Bowl, where their journey to Trinidad and Tobago, and the remaining legs, started.

Will Aparna and Eswar snag the final prize? Only time will tell. We're cheering everyone on, including the quirky Dhinakaran siblings. To see how far they go, watch The Amazing Race season 32.
