During the Xbox Games Showcase, Microsoft revealed the future of the Xbox Series X console alongside a wide variety of titles that will be coming to the Xbox Game Pass. Every game that was shown during the event is set to hit Xbox Game Pass upon its release. Microsoft is definitely planning on expanding the subscription service and promises a lot of exciting new additions to the line up.

The Xbox Game Pass is a type of subscription service that grants users access to a vast library of games for a monthly fee. Considered to be the "Netflix of games", new games are constantly added while older titles are removed, meaning that players will always have a rotating catalogue of games to choose from. With its success on the Xbox One, Microsoft is already showing its dedication towards making the service better than ever.

At the Xbox Games Showcase, over two dozen games were shown off, and each and every one is confirmed to be available through either the Xbox Game Pass or will be free-to-play. Some of Xbox's biggest first-party titles, including Halo Infinite and Fable, are some of the games pass holders will have access to upon release. Since the Xbox Game Pass can be held by console and PC players, people don't need to possess the new Xbox Series X to enjoy the newest titles. Given that Microsoft has also opted for backwards compatibility on most of their upcoming releases, many games can also be played on the Xbox One system.
