The demilitarized zone (DMZ) of Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 features the Al Mazrah map as a place players can freely explore, finding elusive items, weapons, and secret stockpiles of valuables known as Hidden Caches located throughout the region. Usually buried underground, Hidden Caches are challenging to find but yield perhaps the best earnings players can find in the DMZ when hunted down.
Unlike other secrets that exist through scattered secret rooms, players do not need to first find a key or other item to collect rewards from these containers. Overall, there are 62 Hidden Caches on Al Mazrah, separated by the various named sections of the map. Players hunting for these crates will have to spread their search far and wide, sometimes even delving underwater to unlock these cash reserves or new weapons in Warzone 2.
Every Hidden Cache Location in Warzone 2 DMZ
According to content creator Gamers Guide: Warzone, collecting a Hidden Cache occasionally leads players to a killstreak in addition to any contraband weapons or other types of loot. Each of these locations is indicated by a small circular vault in the ground, but players should be careful not to simply drop on these spots, as many are close to dangerous strongholds filled with AI enemies.

Despite the abundance of Hidden Caches found at Rohan Oil & Hydroelectric, players should exercise caution in this area, as some of the best strongholds also spawn here. While veterans who expect the challenges of Warzone 2's DMZ may not have much of a problem, players just looking for starting cash through Hidden Caches may want to travel elsewhere at first. Sawah Village & Cemetery fulfills this role well, as it can be an excellent place for starting players to gather cash through Hidden Caches to purchase primary weapons easily.
The importance of Hidden Caches comes into focus when players return from the gulag in DMZ, as they can serve as excellent resources after losing a majority of equipment. Useful even in buying back a teammate from Buy Station 2 through the exuberant cash found in these Caches, players are encouraged even more to track these chests down as soon as possible. Along with other secrets, such as Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0's Groundskeeper Shack, finding the location of all Hidden Caches gives players a much larger advantage in DMZ through the loot obtained.
