There is nothing nerdier that a gangster can do than collect the Cigarette Cards in Mafia: Definitive Edition. Cigarette Cards are collectibles in the game that each depicts one of 22 different gangsters, much like a baseball card. Collecting each of these will make the player the most knowledgeable about their craft out of any gangster in the game.
All of these collectibles can be found in a combination of story mode and free roam. 17 of the cards will be found within the story mode, and the remaining five can be found within the free roam or free ride mode. Gaining all of these cigarette cards will unlock the Full Set achievement.

Paulie Lombardo
Chapter 3: The Molotov Party (Cigarette Card #2)
Players can find the Paulie Lombardo card at the Diner. This card is sitting on one of the several dining booth tables. This is the table without anyone sitting at it, but with a full set of plates and a small table cover on it.
Sam Trapani
Chapter 4: Ordinary Routine (Cigarette Card #3)
This card can be found in the Bakery. This one is back in the employees-only section. It’s on the first counter space that the player can see, next to several bags of cement.
Luigi Marino
Chapter 5: Fair Play (Cigarette Card #7)
Instead of following the guard, they can turn around immediately and head into a dark building behind them. This card should shine in the darkness on top of some unknown surface.

Chapter 7: Better Get Used To It (Cigarette Card #19)
Players will be chasing Billy through an abandoned and candlelit restaurant in Chinatown. Players will be following out from the back of the house towards the front. On the far left side of the bar in the dining area will be this card.

While in the Hotel head up the left side staircase. In the far right corner should be room 104. Inside this room, laying on the foot of the bed will be this card.

While escaping to Salieri’s with Sam go through St. Michael’s Church. The card will be sitting on a stone bench right before exiting the church.

Chapter 9: A Trip To The Country (Cigarette Card #12)
Players will be looking for Sam out in the country north of Jayhawk Bluff and west of Durham Pond. This card is sitting atop a palette built workbench outside under one of the several small overhangs.

Chapter 10: Omerta (Cigarette Card #5)
When following Frank and his escort through the LH International Airport, the player can find this card sitting on a barrel behind a green fence. The player will have to walk around and climb over boxes to get to the card.
Ennio Salieri
Chapter 11: Visiting Rich People (Cigarette Card #4)
While looking for the Prosecutor’s safe in Beech Hill, players should head into the room in the far right corner on the first floor of the house with a pool table. This card will be sitting on a table in the corner of the room next to the unlit fireplace.
Maren Morello
Chapter 14: Happy Birthday (Cigarette Card #8)
When the player is at the point in the mission where they are looking for the unconscious sailor, at St. Peter's Docks, this card will be next to the cash register in the lobby of the dock office.

Chapter 15: You Lucky (Cigarette Card #9)
While keeping Sergio from escaping the Harbor, players should head into Bay 1 of the Dispatch Hall. This card will be sitting on the workbench just inside.

Chapter 16: Crème De La Crème (Cigarette Card #21)
While keeping Morello from escaping the LH International Airport, players can find this card sitting out on a pallet of wood boards outside.

Chapter 17: Election Campaign (Cigarette Card #6)
When the player is escaping the State Prison they should head to the cell with the "Lost typewriter" graffiti on the wall. The card is sitting on the mattress on the floor.

In the Federal Customs Impound, players will be searching for a cigar shipment. On the second floor of the dispatch hall, there are several offices. In the front right corner office, the card is sitting in the windowsill.

Near Holbrook, players will be grabbing a key from the manager of a building. There will be an office with a barred window and wall. The card is sitting on the desk in this room.

Southwest of the Oakwood church, players will be meeting Paulie at his apartment. At the top of the stairs before entering his apartment, the player will see a side table where the card can be found.

While in the Lost Haven Art Gallery, players will be tracking Sam to take him out. At the far end of the left-wing will be a large bay window. In this windowsill will be the last of the Story Mode cards.

Right on the coast while passing under the bridge between the island and North Park there is some white patio furniture. On the fence between the water and the furniture is the card.

At Bertone's Autoservice, inside of the garage area, players can find this card on the workbench in the right end near a window.

Central Island (Cigarette Card #15)
On the coast of the East River, just north of the Marshall Bridge past the first building, this card is on the fence railing at the river's edge.

Little Italy (Cigarette Card #10)
In Salieri's Bar, this card is in the room to the immediate right after heading upstairs. This card is sitting on the side table next to a lamp in the far right corner.
