Below Deck fans have lost all respect for Alissa Humber, and they no longer think she's good at her job. In the recent episode, Alissa proved fellow stew Hayley De Sola Pinto right in her claims that Alissa was the problem all along when everyone thought it was Camille Lamb, who was fired from her job. Alissa proved her work ethic and attitude aren't any better than Camille's and the last straw was when she acted disrespectfully toward Captain Sandy Yawn. Sandy felt that Alissa accidentally calling her Sandy, then quickly changing it to Captain was intentional, and by the end of the episode, it looked like Alissa was about to lose her job.

Now fans think Below Deck's second stew, Alissa is the worst ever. Below Deck fans expressed their opinions on social media, with one Twitter user, @Joeyzim3535, writing, "Alissa is the worst stew of all time on Below Deck! Always rude b*tching and talking sh*t. I’d fire her in a heartbeat!"

Another fan believes the scene at the end where Sandy calls Alissa into the wheelhouse means she's getting fired. The Twitter user, @JMizz0323, wrote, "Alissa is one of the all time worst crew members in below deck history. The boat will run ten times smoother without her." More Below Deck fans contributed to the conversation on social media, saying Alissa is evil and agreeing it's time for her to go.

Below Deck's Tyler Walker Could Become Second Stew

Tyler Walker on Below Deck

Sandy has caught Alissa being disrespectful multiple times, and in the recent episode, she caused her more anger. Below Deck stew Tyler Walker, Camille's replacement, was still working while Alissa and Hayley were tanning outside on the boat. Sandy doesn't mind her crew relaxing after they get their work done, but she felt the stews could have helped Tyler finish his job before relaxing for the day. Alissa disagreed, and the way she spoke to Sandy was so inappropriate that even Hayley knew it was wrong. Earlier that episode, Sandy praised Tyler's work ethic, calling him the hardest worker on the boat, and it seems he may soon be stepping into Alissa's role as second stew.

Alissa is definitely not the dedicated worker she wanted everyone to believe she was when she was pushing for Camille's firing. The Below Deck stew had everyone fooled, but it turns out she and Camille are one and the same. Below Deck's Ben Willoughby accused her of gaslighting Camille and taking advantage of her second stew position. In the recent episode, Sandy said Alissa is very condescending. From what Alissa has shown viewers lately, Ben and Sandy seem to be right about her.

Maybe the real reason she was so bothered by Camille was because her coworker was reflecting her own flaws back to her. It seemed like once Camille left, it would be smooth sailing, but this is not the case, and everyone on deck seems to be wondering if Sandy fired the wrong employee. The episode ended on a cliffhanger, making it hard to tell if Alissa is being fired or getting a stern warning. However, if Sandy does give her another chance, the Below Deck stew better change her act, or she'll end up like Camille.
