Continuing with our 'Life of Convenience' initiative, we here at Screen Rant have a new movie promo roundup to share with you, this time in the form of three new featurettes for three highly-anticipated upcoming movies.
The movies du jour are Martin Scorsese's Shutter Island, Tim Burton's adaptation of Alice In Wonderland and Dreamworks' new CGI animated film, How to Train Your Dragon. If you want to get a better look at any one (or all three) of them, then you've come to the right place.
First we'll take a look at the Shutter Island featurette. The movie stars Leonardo DiCaprio as a federal Marshal who travels to a remote psychiatric facility to track down a missing patient. The deeper he looks into the case, however, the more the Marshal's mind begins to come apart.
Next up we have a new featurette for Tim Burton's adaptation of Alice In Wonderland. In this sequel/re-imagining Alice (Mia Wasikowska), now a teenager, is thrown back into Wonderlandwith no memory of her previous visit) and tasked with saving the freaks of the mad world from the evil Red Queen (Helena Bonham Carter). In this latest featurette, the cast describes how Burton's vision of Wonderland is one we've never seen before:
Finally, we have a new featurette for Dreamworks' new CGI animated feature, How To Train Your Dragon. Early reports have this movie being likened to Kung Fu Panda, which for me (and many others) was the best animated feature that Dreamworks has ever put out (I liked KFP better than Wall-E). In this featurette, late-night host Craig Ferguson talks us through several lessons on dragon training. It's pretty entertaining, check it out:
And there you have it, another great movie media buffet provided to you by the good cooks here at Screen Rant. Which featurette and/or film do you like best? Let us know in the comments.
