Matt Brown, formerly of Alaskan Bush People, is taking to his social media to speak out about his family's constant lies, and he's done this before. He has been living a sober life after distancing himself from the Wolf Pack for the past few years. Now, the reality alum, whom some fans consider a loner, is looking to set the record straight.

The 39-year-old has been living on his own, away from North Star Ranch, since his falling out with Billy and Ami Brown. Matt has taken it upon himself to help out people living with addiction issues by posting inspirational videos. Matt has been sharing major life updates regularly when it comes to his recovery plan, which includes hiking. Unlike some of his family members, Alaskan Bush People's Matt's been off the radar. He's kept to himself after being accused of sexual assault twice. He has also spent time in rehab after accusing production and his parents of getting him hooked on drugs.

Over the weekend, Matt took to his Instagram and revealed a bit more gossip than usual. This time, Matt spoke about the lies his family has "embellished" about him. As usual, Matt greeted his fans as he sat in his recliner, noting that he was having an off day. The 39-year-old shared that this segment would be about the truth versus lies, and how the truth stays the same while lies change. Matt revealed that he would be using events from his past to drive the point home about how the truth can set people free. Matt from Alaskan Bush People brought up lies that he claimed his parents had spread, noting that they were "detrimental" to his future. The eldest Wolf Pack member also pointed out that a third party was brought in to be the arbitrator, but said the lies sounded better than the truth. Check out his video below:

Matt explained that lies are a "well-constructed story." He encouraged his followers to always tell the truth, even if it doesn't sound plausible. He also hinted that the arbitrator in his story ended up believing him because none of the made-up lies resonated like the tales his family told. Followers questioned whether or not Matt was referring to him accusing his parents and the show's production team of getting him started with drugs, or the accusations made by two women.

Fans know Matt from Alaskan Bush People advocates for rehab facilities, as he attended the Betty Ford Center himself. The Alaskan Bush People star loves sharing the tools he learned from his stay with others, in the hopes of stopping people from going down a difficult path. Even though Matt has stated in previous posts that he has come to terms with his family issues, fans can see that he is still hurt. Hopefully, one day, Matt and his family will be able to hash everything out, instead of letting social media do the talking.
