Why is Bear Brown from Alaskan Bush People having to defend himself against drug use allegations? Fans are aware Bear lives his life to the extreme, but would never think he would partake in hard drugs.

Alaskan Bush People is a reality documentary series on the Discovery Channel that follows around the Brown family. The Wolf Pack, as they call themselves, live off the grid. They started their lifestyle in Alaska but, after a dispute with the government, were forced to leave "Brown Town" behind them. Ami and Billy Brown have raised their six children away from normal society, and hope their children will continue the legacy.

Many fans found the Browns' lives interesting and enjoyed watched the children grow up not even knowing what a CD was. Some of the brothers have found wives and had children. Bear, who arguably had the most spirit, recently became a father himself, but is stuck in a heated custody battle with Raiven Adams. Since the birth of his son, River, the new father has had a hard time seeing his little boy. His ex-fiancé Raiven claimed that the reality star has a drug habit and often abused her. Fans will recall Bear and Raiven were engaged for only two weeks before calling it off.

Raiven made a post to her Instagram during this time saying, “It’s been a long battle for me to decide what I should do. What I should say... I think this life is too much for me and due to that, and several other reasons me and bear have decided to stay friends.” Since the birth, Raiven has refused to let Bear see their son because she has accused the outdoor man of cocaine use. Bear recently took to his social media to share that he had indeed taken a drug test and passed, showing the results. He replied to naysayers who doubted him, saying, “I was only accused of using cocaine which I don’t! So that is all I showed. I’m NOT proving myself anymore. Nor should I have to.”

Bear is trying his best to gain access to his child. During the season premiere, he decided to go on a camping trip alone to regroup and think about the news of becoming a father. He told viewers he hoped he could live up to the standard set by his own father and be there for his son. Fans feel sorry that the young man has to deal with such real-world problems when all he wanted was to find a woman to love and have a family.
