New Assassin’s Creed Valhalla locations have leaked thanks to recently added PlayStation trophies. The latest entry in the long-running series has received a large number of updates since it launched late last year. Two major expansions, Wrath of the Druids and The Siege of Paris, and a fair amount of free DLC has come to the game, such as AC Valhalla's Discovery Tour mode.

In spite of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s first anniversary being just a few days away, developer and publisher Ubisoft has been surprisingly quiet about any events or content it plans to release to celebrate the occasion. It’s possible Ubisoft intends to unveil the game’s next major expansion once the anniversary date rolls around, with leaked data referring to the DLC as "Dawn of Ragnarök." Dataminers suggest the Ragnarok expansion will see the beginning of Norse mythology's apocalyptic event in the game and that it could take place in Svartalfheim.

Twitter's AccessTheAnimus (via Eurogamer) has shared newly added Assassin’s Creed Valhalla PlayStation trophies. According to a duo of images, two trophies relating to content called the "Tombs of the Fallen" are dubbed Spelunker and Crypt-ologist. The trophies are supposedly awarded when players complete one and three Tombs of the Fallen, respectively. AccessTheAnimus muses that the existence of three tombs to explore could point at their possible connection to the AC Valhalla's Odin Runes, but some commenters disagree with the theory.

Regardless of the Odin Rune link's legitimacy, this latest discovery by AccessTheAnimus may have revealed not only the name of AC Valhalla DLC, but also new locations players will presumably be able to explore. While this leak may not be related to the aforementioned Ragnarok DLC, it may be the game’s next free content update and perhaps be released in time for the one-year anniversary.

If the previous Dawn of Ragnaröok leak and this latest trophy-related one are confirmed to be true, they would mark the beginning of AC Valhalla’s second year of DLC. On the other hand, a previous rumor has claimed the first major expansion of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s 2022 roadmap will add Muspelheim rather than Svartalfheim. There’s definitely a lot that appears to still be up in the air when it comes to the game’s future DLC, but the arrival of Tombs of the Fallen seems like a certainty.
