She plans to propose, and on the surface, appears to support Usman having a second wife who wants to bear his children. However, Kim's behavior seems to tell a different story.
While out on a romantic date that included go-karting, Kimberly interrogated Usman about polygamy, demanding that a second wife live in separate housing. An agitated Kimberly was clearly not enthusiastic about his reply, especially after he closed the argument with, "Come on, you're sharing the same ****," which triggered outrage.
Unfortunately, since they have to agree on another wife in order to have their marriage approved by Usman's mother, this topic appears to be at the forefront of their storyline. The upcoming previews revealed that he actually wants at least three wives. As Kim's anger escalated, it became clear to viewers that she was not comfortable with the idea of another wife.

However, she's resorted to throwing drinks in his face, and threatened to break up with him in the past. Therefore, it's not unlike her to act out when she's upset.
