Veronica’s only real delusion is that her relationship with Tim can stay the same while her relationship with Justin progresses. Tim is right that boundaries need to be set, and Veronica needs to realize that it’s okay for things to evolve and change over time.
Debbie Johnson
Debbie Johnson is another star from The Single Life season 3 who is already on the verge of a true relationship. After a long dry spell, Debbie finally got the intimacy she craved when Canadian man Tony came to Las Vegas to meet her in person. Though he’s not really her ideal physical type, Debbie kept an open mind and is now enjoying spending time with Tony. Debbie has realistic expectations about what she wants in a relationship and a partner, though fans question whether she and Tony are on the same page. Debbie seems eager to go all in right away, and that could prevent her relationship with Tony from progressing naturally.
Tiffany Franco Smith
Tiffany has not made her debut on The Single Life season 3 yet, but teasers indicate she’s looking for fun this season. Her relationship with ex-husband Ronald Smith was always rocky, and Tiffany seemed exhausted by the time their marriage ended. Promos for season 3 show Tiffany out partying and on dates with different men. It appears she wisely chooses to play the field a bit rather than jump into something serious so soon after her breakup. However, there are also indications that Tiffany reconciled with Ronald, which many 90 Day Fiancé fans would see as a delusional decision.
Tania Maduro
After her breakup with ex-husband Syngin Colchester, Tania Maduro is extremely open-minded when it comes to the types of men she’s interested in—which is a great mindset to be in when beginning to date again. She’s also down to have fun and see where things go, which is exactly what she’s doing with Aruban bartender Joel. However, Tania is not legally divorced, just separated, and she severely underestimates how much of an issue that might be for many potential partners. When Joel points out his hesitation, Tania brushes his concerns off, and her inability to see the situation through someone else’s eyes is her biggest delusion.
Caesar Mack
Caesar has already demonstrated that his dating expectations are completely delusional, and it’s only been a few episodes. Caesar’s preferences for a partner are extremely narrow, as he only seems interested in dating beautiful, young Ukrainian women. While Caesar has high standards for the women he dates, he’s not exactly a hot commodity himself, which is probably why he says he wants a partner who will love him for his soul. Caesar also admitted to the Ukrainian women at his matchmaker event that nobody back home wanted to date him. Because Caesar doesn’t see himself as he actually is and has unrealistic expectations for the women he dates, he’s often called out as delusional. Unless he changes his outlook, Caesar will be unlikely to leave season 3 in a relationship.
Natalie Mordovtseva
90 Day Fiancé fans have always called Natalie delusional, but now that she’s dating again, she seems to be living in a fantasy world. Though she’s only been on a couple dates with her love interest Josh Weinstein, Natalie is upset that he doesn’t want to proclaim his love for her and agree to be exclusive. In the U.S., it’s far more common that individuals spend time getting to know each other before going all in on a relationship, so Josh isn’t the one who’s being unreasonable. Natalie may have her own expectations when it comes to dating, but she has to realize and accept that most men she meets won’t share her views. Because Natalie expects potential partners to follow her dating rules but won’t even consider looking at things from their point of view means she’s likely to drive away any love interests.
When dating, it’s important to have an open mind and realistic expectations, and lacking either often leads to heartbreak. The cast of The Single Life season 3 are a mixed bag, and while some seem very grounded and reasonable, others have their heads in the clouds and refuse to see reality. Franchise stars who appear on The Single Life are generally looking for love, but they are often their own worst enemy and can sabotage their attempts at a relationship.
