The extended 90 Day Fiancé franchise now has a number of new villains and heroes, thanks to 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 4. The cast of twelve saw five of the featured partners being named season villains. The behavior of those cast members was certainly shocking to witness. On the other hand, a number of The Other Way newcomers walked away as heroes during the messy current season, which is about to conclude.

The Other Way season 4 introduced five couples to the extended 90 Day Fiancé franchise. Daniele Gates and Yohan Geronimo joined the show after appearing on Love in Paradise: The Caribbean, A 90 Day Story. Meanwhile, Nicole and Mahmoud Elsherbiny, Debbie Aguero and Oussama, Kris Foster and Jeymi Noguera, Gabe Paboga and Isabel Posada, and Jen Boecher and Rishi Singh rounded out the cast. While a few cast members avoided being considered villains or heroes, the majority of the cast fell into one of the two categories. Meanwhile, many of the couples were split, as one half of each duo was villainous, while the other was far more likable.

10 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Nicole Elsherbiny (Villain)

Nicole is one The Other Way newcomer who hasn't made a great impression. The American's been called out for everything, from Nicole's sense of style to her robotic gestures. Her greatest franchise crime is deciding to marry when she probably shouldn't have, as the liberal American remains shocked by her partner's conservative culture. Nicole fits the 90 Day Fiancé franchise trope of being an American who wants to date someone conservative, without making lifestyle changes.

9 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Debbie Aguero (Hero)

While Nicole came across as a minor franchise villain, Debbie was introduced in a more positive way. Like Nicole, Debbie did not make a wise romantic choice. However, the creative older woman has an open and loving personality, so she's well worth rooting for. Debbie's romance appears doomed, and it's likely that she's being conned. It's easy to feel empathy for her, and Debbie provides moments of humor that lighten up a dramatic season.

8 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Daniele Gates (Villain)

Daniele is one of several The Other Way season 4 cast members who flat out became a villain. From the start, Daniele and Yohan aired a relationship full of drama, arguments, and misunderstandings. Daniele first told Yohan that they'd live in the US, before revealing that she was moving to the Dominican Republic. She then argued with him non-stop, and behaved disrespectfully. While Yohan also had some villainous moments, Daniele's constant criticism made her the major villain in their relationship.

7 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Gabe Paboga (Hero)

Though flawed, Gabe has been a highlight on the current The Other Way season. The trans man has provided educational content about transitioning, as well as trans identity. Gabe's trans representation is valuable, and it's something new in the extended franchise. Gabe is also very respectful of Isabel's family and kids. Though he aired some flawed moments, overall, Gabe comes across as a loving man with a big heart.

6 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Mahmoud Eisherbiny (Villain)

Mahmoud Sherbiny from 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way

Like Nicole, Mahmoud has been one of the most exhausting and repetitive elements of The Other Way season 4. The Egyptian man is worse than his wife, however, as he repeatedly tries to control, change, and manipulate Nicole. Nicole and Mahmoud can't accept that they're incompatible. Mahmoud repeatedly tried to change Nicole, including forcing her to wear conservative swimwear when he showed skin himself. Mahmoud also refuses to see perspectives aside from his own, making him a tiresome reality TV villain.

5 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Jen Boecher (Hero)

Jen entered the extended 90 Day Fiancé franchise as a wild card, as the partner of Rishi displayed a chaotic personality, and a romance that appeared very flawed. However, Jen hasn't aired any villainous moments throughout the season. The American has remained calm and upbeat as she navigates her relationship, while she also learns how to advocate for herself. Jen was open to learning about Indian culture, but respectfully announced that the traditional female lifestyle expectations weren't for her. In contrast, Jen's friends were far more skeptical and nosy.

4 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Kris Foster (Villain)

Kris has aired many negative moments during The Other Way season 4, which are earning her the franchise villain label. She has behaved in a very sketchy manner that makes Kris seem untrustworthy. Unproven rumors about her living with addiction are circulating, and some damaging behavior has been seen on camera. Kris lied to Jeymi and left her, before allegedly cheating on her when she returned to America. The season Tell-All will dig into the extent of Kris' lies and betrayals. However, she appears to inflate stories and use people, including Jeymi.

3 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Isabel Posada (Hero)

Isabel aired a few mixed moments during The Other Way season 4, but the Colombian mother has generally been an upbeat, energetic, supportive, and fully likable cast member. With regard to her relationship with Gabe, Isabel's proved to be entirely understanding, open, and compassionate. In fact, the couple provided the only The Other Way season 4 relationship worth rooting for. Many of the other couples displayed more troubling behavior. As well, Isabel is a loving mother to her children, and cherishes her parents.

2 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Oussama (Villain)

Though Kris has aired many nasty moments during The Other Way season 4, Oussama narrowly edges her out as the main season villain. The Moroccan man has acted so shady towards Debbie that it seems apparent that he was trying to con her from the start, as Debbie's son feared. While Kris might have had mixed feelings, Oussama appears to have targeted Debbie to use her, which would be quite cruel, given her hopes of finding love in her golden years.

1 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Jeymi Noguera (Hero)

Overall, Jeymi became the most sympathetic cast member during 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 4. While Kris repeatedly lied to her and acted shady behind her back, Jeymi displayed a sweet and upbeat personality. Jeymi has loud fan support online, as viewers are rallying for the Venezuelan woman. They want her to bounce back from the drama with Kris, but more issues will air at the Tell-All. Jeymi maintained her kind disposition under stress, proving that she deserves any accolades that she gets.
