The 30-year-old reality star first featured on 90 Day: The Single Life season 1 with Big Ed, to showcase her troubled relationship with him. After watching Liz and Ed's several arguments on and offscreen, many fans wanted them to break up. However, the couple shocked 90 Day Fiancé viewers by getting engaged, despite the countless problems in their relationship.
Liz and Ed are currently featured on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7, and it doesn't seem like their relationship has improved much since their last appearance on the spin-off. A couple of episodes back, the single mom revealed that Ed had indirectly asked her to lose weight. Although Liz felt bad that her fiance didn't love her unconditionally, she decided to slim down. She joined a gym, went to dance classes, and changed her eating habits in order to get a leaner silhouette. Liz worked hard to reach her fitness goals, and within four months, she lost 20 pounds. She celebrated her fitness success by posting her before and after weight loss photos on Instagram.

Although Liz was never overweight, she looked happy and confident after losing 20 pounds. In September, she posted a family photo on Instagram, which showed her transformed figure in glamorous makeup. Liz wore a short black dress with a plunging neckline, and completed the look with golden earrings and black pencil heels. Fans were stunned to see the reality star glowing with joy in the picture. She wore neutral makeup, and spiced up her glamorous look by wearing clear high heels.
