Josh used to see actors who had no representation or guidance in the industry. “But they were phenomenal, much better actors than I was,” he added. Josh became a part of the Writer’s Guild - he was getting into production, and already working with different agencies. In his mind, Josh thought that he should streamline the process, to help out people who actually have the raw talent to become successful in the industry.

The Tell-All Part 1 showed Josh accepting that even after a year of dating, he can’t call Natalie his girlfriend because she’s still married to Mike. Josh never took Natalie to his houses in Arizona or Los Angeles, although 90 Day: The Single Life's Natalie is moving from St Petersburg, Florida to Hollywood to be closer to him, and to launch her modeling career. However, Natalie stormed off the set when asked to choose between Josh and Mike. It was seemingly just one of Natalie’s ploys to get attention, as she was recently spotted in California with Josh, amidst news of her mom also arriving in Los Angeles. Moreover, Natalie is also filming for a new show with 90 Day Fiancé, which could mean that Josh will continue to get more paychecks from TLC, as he is still together with 90 Day Fiancé’s drama queen, Natalie.
