90 Day Fiancé season 9 introduced American mom Yvette Arellano during episode 2, which has left many viewers curious about Yvette’s livelihood. While many recent franchise cast members are hoping to launch internet careers, Yvette holds a reliable job in the wellness department. Many viewers are curious about hard-working single mother Yvette and her career outside of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise.

Yvette is one of many 90 Day Fiancé franchise cast members to pursue a relationship with someone significantly younger than her. The 48-year-old Albuquerque resident is engaged to Mohamed Abdelhamed, a 25-year-old Egyptian man. Mohamed slid into Yvette’s DM's after she shared a bikini photo, and they ended up falling into an online relationship. The romance later led to an engagement when Yvette visited him in Egypt. While Yvette has many viewers already doubting the success of her relationship, her professional life appears to be quite successful, thanks to her hard work. This makes Yvette somewhat unique in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, as many cast members are known for being resistant to work.

Yvette is listed as a doctor trained as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM) and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). Yvette is listed as an “exceptional clinician” who has over two decades of experience in healthcare that started in the 1990s when her fiancé Mohamed was born. Viewers also witnessed Yvonne practicing yoga with her friends, which appears to be a passionate hobby she partakes in.

During her 90 Day Fiancé introduction, Yvette also said she is passionate about helping people. Her online work bio states that she has a “love for energy medicine and shamanic healing.” Her practiced therapies include acupuncture, cupping, trigger point therapy, Kinesio Taping, and other bodywork treatments. Yvette also treats acute and chronic pain, as well as inflammation issues caused by autoimmune diseases. Additionally, Yvette prescribes Chinese herbal medicine for nutritional supplementation. Yvette's impressive resume makes her one of the most qualified and hard-working cast members to appear in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. Overall, it appears that the reality star is dedicated to helping others.

In addition to her job, 90 Day Fiancé newcomer Yvette also devotes a considerable amount of time to her son Tharan. Her sweet 12-year-old boy was diagnosed with  Down Syndrome, Stage 2 Kidney Disease, and Autism at a young age. Tharan must be catheterized every three hours, and Yvette referred to herself as a single mother since she split with Tharan’s father. It is safe to say that Yvette has a very nurturing personality, which isn't common for many 90 Day Fiancé cast members.
