Yvette Arellano had been supporting both herself and her now estranged husband Mohamed Abdelhamed on 90 Day Fiancé, which has led fans to explore her job further. Yve revealed at the 90 Day Fiancé season 9 "Tell-All" episode part 1 that she was the sole provider for herself and her Egyptian husband, as Mohamed had yet to receive his green card so he could work in the United States. Though Mohamed and Yve appear to be over, she luckily has a reliable career to fall back on in the medical field.

While many 90 Day Fiancé season 9 relationships failed to impress franchise fans, Mohamed and Yve were among the top pairs that viewers didn’t want to marry. Many fans branded Yve naive for marrying Mohamed despite the many signs that he was using her for a green card, such as him threatening to find another visa sponsor when she didn’t immediately submit his paperwork. The end of the Tell-All revealed that Yve had discovered Mohamed was texting with another woman. Despite Yve and Mohamed wanting to work things out, a seemingly angry and single Yve has since revealed that there have been multiple women he had been talking to.
