Former 90 Day Fiancé star Yvette Arellano recently revealed that she'll continue her job as the vice president of NMSAAM. The 49-year-old reality star is known for her appearance in season 9, where she pursued a relationship with her Egyptian co-star Mohamed Abdelhamed. The couple didn't have a compatible relationship on the show, which eventually ended after the Albuquerque native discovered her partner had ulterior motives for coming to America. Within months of tying the knot, Mohamed accused Yve of domestic violence. At the same time, the American star claimed her estranged husband had committed immigration fraud with her.

Lately, the former couple has been focusing on their respective lives after splitting up. While Mohamed has been taking Cameo requests, Yve is busy taking care of her son and her professional life. As most 90 Day Fiancé viewers may know, Yve is an acupuncturist and massage therapist. She is part of the Mountain Spirit medical team, where she works as an advanced practitioner. Apart from being a licensed massage therapist, season 9 star Yve is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Her current Instagram bio notes she's a synergistic health and healing expert.

Yve's Instagram bio also states she's "VP of NMSAAM Legis. & PR Chair Medical Consults." Fortunately, she will be able to keep calling herself that, as she has retained her position. Yve's latest Instagram post says she "will continue to serve as vice president for another year." The reality star celebrated her new career milestone by sharing a heartfelt note with her followers. She wrote, "I'm honored to serve for another year as Vice President of the New Mexico Society for Acupuncture & Asian Medicine."

90 Day Fiancé fans are delighted to hear the news, as they think Yve deserves it after all she's been through in the last few months. An Instagram user wrote, "Yay for Integrative Health!! Congrats on your role in helping to try and integrate this medicine into Medicaid!" Another user commented, "Congratulations. I'm so happy for you." The 49-year-old doctor received no negative comments on her post, which shows that everyone wants to support her. Besides, people love that the season 9 star is professionally thriving despite her short-lived marriage earlier in 2022.

Over the last few months, most 90 Day Fiancé viewers have just wanted the best for Yve and her son. However, it seems her situation with Mohamed will still take some time to unfold. She has hired a famous attorney to handle her case and wants to kick Mohamed out of the country. However, Mohamed aims to get a U visa because he asserts his wife physically and mentally abused him. Since all clues and leaked texts hint that the Egyptian man is in the wrong, 90 Day Fiancé fans think that Yve should have no problem winning the case.
