Brittany from Florida was 26 and Yazan was 24 when they decided to date and she bid her rule of dating “settled men who had to be 45 and older,” goodbye. Before Yazan, Brittany has even dated an 85-year-old man and was blamed for having fake Instagram followers and two OnlyFans profiles even before 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. Meanwhile, Yazan’s parents were “super strict and super traditionally Muslim” but were welcoming to Brittany during her first visit; however, now, they wanted her to be married to Yazan “right away” which she claimed wasn’t possible without her family’s involvement, but in reality, was waiting for her divorce from her deported Haitian ex. Yazan and Brittany were not permitted to stay in the same house, and she was asked to convert, while his mother lashed out at her and called her a “prostitute” for having a bold lifestyle on social media.

Meanwhile, 90 Day Fiancé viewers saw Yazan getting his uncle involved to help him ease the tension between his parents and Brittany, but that too didn’t help as she was only given an extension until she learned more about his religion before marriage. Yazan also told Brittany that he would only marry a Muslim woman, pressurized her to convert, and his parents were still interested in getting him married to a cousin or a girl from their community. Amidst this, Brittany had to leave for Chicago to finalize her divorce, and back home, Yazan apparently started getting murder threats after she tagged him on a bikini photo of her, and someone from his family shared it with everyone.

The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star revealed that his father had thrown him out of the house and also fired him from their family business, but she went through it all for Brittany’s sake. The finale saw Brittany flying back to America with news of the COVID-19 pandemic with a possibility that they could be applying for a K-1 for Yazan. But upon returning, Brittany resumed posting her racy Instagram content, signaling the end of their relationship and claimed that Yazan loved “Jack Daniels, hashish, tramadol, and gaslighting women” and that he was cheating on her with “90 Day Fiancé fans” and that he was “on his third one.

On 90 Day Bares All, Brittany accused Yazan of borrowing money from her and not giving it back and also that he was talking to swindle a gay man. Meanwhile, Adam the translator revealed that Yazan was attracted to Brittany's body alone, but the 90 Day Fiancé star, who's now married to Leena, claimed that he was “blinded by love” and that “she took advantage” of him instead.
