90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Jovi Dufren reveals he’s talked about divorce with his wife Yara Zaya. Season 8 stars Jovi and Yara appear very much in love based on their Instagram posts. However, the couple has had plenty of ups and downs on two back-to-back 90 Day Fiancé seasons. With Jovi refusing to shed his party-boy image or stop going to strip clubs, Yara felt the need to leave America and go back to Ukraine with their baby. Yara proved her critics wrong by confirming she was never after a green card. All Yara wanted was a husband who would give her time and attention, which Jovi struggles to provide.

When Yara came to America in 90 Day Fiancé season 8, little did she know she would become pregnant and marry Jovi before her 90 days were up. It was Jovi’s underwater robotics job that caused major problems between him and Yara before and after their wedding. As an ROV supervisor, Jovi had to be away from home for many months, sometimes without proper communication. The pandemic added to their troubles, and Yara also realized Jovi was not ready to accept he was a husband and a father. Yara felt it was unhealthy for Mylah to see her “mama being unhappy” and decided it was best if she went back with the baby.

Since the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? finale, Jovi and Yara have been making appearances together on social media and have also starred in the latest Pillow Talk. However, their well-wishers are still worried about the couple’s possible divorce. In a new YouTube video on Yara’s channel, the two answered some burning questions from fans. The first one Jovi picked was, “have you ever considered divorce?” Jovi declared it’s a pretty deep question but added that it’s very much “a real thing” and that they’ve “talked about it.” Jovi continued, “We’ve had our problems of course just like everybody has had in a relationship.”

As Yara mumbled about the question being too serious, Jovi joked, “you all know Yara is pretty crazy, but we’ve really had real-life issues.” Jovi mentioned becoming parents unexpectedly and Yara being away from home has been a lot for them to deal with. “We’ve had our issues, we’ve had our fights,” he added. Jovi admitted they’ve discussed whether they want to be “together or not together.” However, ultimately, Jovi and Yara determined they want to have a family and continue their relationship. "We talked about divorce and we decided it's best for us to stay together," he concluded.

At the moment, Jovi and Yara are together in America, and it’s not known when he will be traveling back to work. The 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? couple has also been hinting at making a major move and leaving Louisiana but hasn't revealed the city yet. For now, Jovi and Yara are busy parenting Mylah who recently turned a year old. Rumors of Yara being pregnant again started circulating after she shared a photo of herself with a bigger belly. A rep later confirmed that while Yara was pregnant, it was with a food baby and not Jovi’s.
