Yara Zaya from 90 Day Fiancé has lashed out at an Instagram blogger for posting before and after photos that accuse Jovi Dufren’s Ukrainian wife of getting plastic surgery. The polarizing cast member of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 Yara has invited trouble into her life recently over her rude antics on screen and on social media. Yara acting rude with fan-favorite Gwen and then blaming it on her Russian sense of humor has been ridiculed. However, nothing attracts more attention than throwback pictures of Yara, where TLC viewers think she looks nothing like herself.
In the current season of HEA, Yara has been dealing with the pressure of being a new mother to baby Mylah, and Jovi continuously coaxing her into returning to her party-girl ways. The ROV supervisor Jovi is disappointed that Yara has changed after having a baby and that she’s not the fun-loving 20-something he fell for after meeting her on a travel app. Interestingly, Yara’s past, as revealed via her various reality TV stints back in Kyiv, does show a different side to her personality, which also led to fans calling her out for faking her life for fame. And while the 2014 Yara was sweet and appreciative instead of being bratty and mean, she also looked unrecognizable from what 90 Day Fiancé fans have so far seen.
A popular 90 Day Fiancé blogger 90daymeme took a screengrab from Yara’s appearance on her 2014 show Love Online and did a side-by-side comparison of it with a recent pic from her Instagram. The Yara who had flown to meet her ex in Spain on the dating show had dark hair and a different-looking face, in contrast to the Yara fans see every Sunday night on TLC. On the photo, the text said, “Darcey & Stacey def should’ve went to Yara’s surgeon. They did a great job,” while in the caption, the blogger joked that the Silva sisters “share the same lip injections” with 90 Day Fiancé co-cast member Yara. However, Yara did not appreciate the humorous meme as per her angry comment.
“Yall, stop alredy talking about this, I just have one surgery f**king one stop 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️” Yara wrote as a response to the post and managed to get replies such as, “you are pretty before and after” and “own it girl! Ur hot and that’s all any one rlly cares abt.” But one fan did point out that in the meme, nobody had mentioned anything about how many surgeries Yara had gotten, and “they only said the twins need to go to your doctor 🤷🏻♀️” which made Jovi’s wife acting defensive come across as quite odd.
Photos of Yara’s past available on the internet had long fueled rumors of her getting plastic surgery which she kept denying until in the 90 Day Fiancé season 8 Tell-All, where she revealed she’d changed her “potato nose” and was doing her lips “four years ago.” Yara’s statement, “But if you can’t accept something, it’s OK to change it. We are living in 2021, and if you wanna do something, do it” during her argument with Julia Trubkina was applauded. But strangely enough, on her Love Online episode, fans who watched and translated it, posted that “She says she's done other procedures but doesn't want to give away all of her secrets,” apart from revealing she’d gotten a nose job, fake eyelashes, and lip fillers.
