Colombian 90 Day Fiancé star Ximena Morales posts a risqué Instagram video that hints at Mike Berk having paid for her breast implants. Ximena was Mike’s first serious girlfriend in a while after chatting with her online for over a year. The language barrier between Mike and Ximena was a concern, as was Ximena's romantic history. Meanwhile, Mike’s messiness coupled with the farts and burps made Ximena rethink getting married to him. However, love conquered all when Mike proposed to Ximena, and the couple got engaged in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days episode 9.
Though Ximena was uncertain at one time, it helped that her father, Jamir, approved of Mike as a future son-in-law after a lot of vetting. Her mom also convinced her she shouldn’t be selfish. After all, Ximena had mentioned she saw a better future for her children in the U.S. if she stayed together with Mike. Mike’s sweet proposal then melted Ximena’s heart, and she expressed that she couldn’t wait to get married. However, things became a little more complicated in a preview for 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days episode 10. Mike was seen telling his father and grandpa that Ximena wants him to foot the bill for her plastic surgery. While Mike admitted to helping pay for Ximena’s food, rent, and furniture on an earlier episode of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, this seems to be a much bigger demand. It's also unclear what job Mike currently has and how he's able to take care of Ximena’s needs.
A 90 Day Fiancé viewer on Reddit, u/jordiculous, seems to have found proof that Mike did pay for Ximena’s breast augmentation. A TikTok video Ximena reposted on her Instagram shows her enacting a naughty Spanish joke about The Smurfs while dressed in jeans and a frilly bikini top with a towel wrapped around her head. The Redditor pointed out, “Based on this video, it looks like Mike coughed up the money for Ximena’a boob job that they mentioned in the promo for next week.”
Someone else commented “she got the surgery in June this year,” and a different 90 Day Fiancé viewer failed to find Mike's ring on Ximena’s left hand. However, for those doubting if Mike and Ximena are still together, the New Yorker cheered her on with some heart-eye emojis left on her Instagram post. A majority of Mike’s supporters don’t like the fact that Ximena never discusses him on her page. She doesn’t even reply to Mike’s comments or like them, but that isn't necessarily a bad sign for their relationship.
Besides Ximena wanting Mike’s money to fund her plastic surgery, the preview for 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days episode 10 hints at things going wrong in their relationship. Mike admits that something seems to be off about Ximena. She’s started to get a little distant from Mike since he’s returned home. Mike’s dad asks him to stop giving Ximena money. There’s a chance Ximena’s makeover takes a backseat on 90 Day Fiancé once Mike flies back to Colombia and finds Ximena declaring that she doesn’t love him, as revealed in the trailer. Still, it seems Mike eventually pays for her plastic surgery.
