Why do fans believe Jihoon is more believable than Deavan when it comes to the allegations on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way? Deavan has been speaking out more but Jihoon’s chosen moments seem to be more sincere.

The reality couple has only just split up, but the situation is turning ugly. Deavan Clegg has thrown out abuse allegations against her husband, Jihoon Lee, claiming that he and his parents did “vile things.” The couple announced over a month ago that they would be heading for a divorce. Deavan had already made the move back to the United States and had been living back in Utah for a month. Jihoon has also made some radical changes, such as moving from his family home and getting a makeover.

90 Day Fiancé- Jihoon Lee

Fans are torn down the middle for the most part when asked who they believe. But many TLC fans are sticking with Jihoon since they feel like he had been used by Deavan. Even though Jihoon may have struck some American viewers as lazy they do not think he would abuse a child, chalking the issues up to miscommunication and a scorned woman. The South Korean took to his social media to explain where the abuse allegations came from. The reality star told fans that Drasiclla was enrolled in a school in Korea where she kept getting in trouble for hitting, biting, yelling, and misbehaving overall. The school educators sent home letters and set up meetings where Jihoon tried to speak to his stepdaughter but still failed to listen. Jihoon claims he has paperwork to prove this. According to him, Deavan refused to punish or discipline her daughter for her bad behavior. By Jihoon's account, the situation seems to stem from the simple fact that Deavan was mad that her husband tried to discipline her daughter.

Jihoon also mentioned that Deavan had no desire to try and learn any Korean culture. He noted that upon meeting her the first time he saw on her phone that she was speaking with multiple Korean men. For many fans it is obvious that Deavan has the upper hand since she controlled the money, has knowledge of US law, and a job thanks to her reality TV fame and is using all this as leverage to boost her platform, leaving Jihoon behind. While some other theories feel that there is a more sinister side to Deavan. The mother of two could be trying to use scare tactics to keep Jihoon at a distance. Whatever the real issues are fans hope that both can get their act together for the sake of the children.
