Many 90 Day Fiancé fans would think that Brittany Banks and Yazan are the most troubled couple on the show. They belong to extremely different cultures, and that's why they don't seem to agree on many things. Recently, many viewers got to know that Brittany was married before to a non-U.S. citizen, who was deported.

Before leaving the US for Jordan, Brittany reveals that she is not yet divorced from her first husband. In an on-camera confession, she said that her ex-husband was originally from Haiti, but moved to the States when he was just 3 years old. She met him at the age of 17, and the ex-couple had the same group of friends. After dating for a few years, the reality star got married at the age of 22. However, the newly married couple only got to spend three or four months together after the marriage because then her ex-husband got deported.

While Brittany's ex was in America, he had a series of arrests that caught the attention of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). His immigration status was found to be illegal, whick resulted in his deportation. Starcasm reports that he was arrested a couple of times for different reasons. Once, he was caught driving without a license and in possession of marijuana. Things escalated quickly in 2014 when he was stopped for over speeding and found to be in possession of Xanax (a controlled substance). Just three months after that incident, he crashed his car into another vehicle and fled the scene. When cops caught him, he was found with two zip lock bags of different types of controlled substances, including meth.

Brittany claims that throughout her courtship, she didn't know if her husband was an illegal citizen. The court document said, "Defendant did not know that he entered the country using his brother's passport until his father recently told his girlfriend, Brittany *****, that fact after the deportation proceedings began." Well, we're concerned about Brittany's future with her Muslim boyfriend. As soon as she landed in his country, the couple had a full-blown heated argument. Brittany was consuming alcohol and casually hugged a crew member - things that are forbidden to women in his country.

Yazan's parents want the duo to get married, and if she reveals that she is not divorced from her ex, then things are going to get pretty messy. While Yazan's belongs to a conservative Muslim family, the 26-year-old American native doesn't quite understand his culture. We're eager to watch how Brittany is going to tackle the situation. Would she decide to stay back in Jordan after that horrifying behavior of her partner? Let's see.
