90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’s Sumit revealed a twist - he’s already married. No one is sure what this could mean for his budding relationship with Jenny, but viewers are almost positive the outcome will not be good.

Jenny and Sumit originally met via Facebook, but Sumit catfished the 60-year-old first. Jenny received a friend request saying he was Michael Jones, a twenty-something-year-old model, but to the Palm Spring native’s surprise, Michael Jones was actually a 30-year-old man from India who worked in a call center. He admitted on the first episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way that he really liked talking to white girls under the name of an old coworker. The head-over-heels Jenny did not seem to mind the deception as she flew to India fairly quickly to meet Sumit, giving up all her worldly possessions.

Since episode one, Sumit had been leaving Jenny alone in their apartment to go home to his parents who believed he was away on business. Viewers had a bad feeling about him continuing to leave Jenny ,and they were right, because on the most recent episode, Sumit admitted that he was married. Us Weekly shared the confession video with fans, showing how he had kept such a big lie under wraps. The call center employee still had not officially told his fiancé that he is currently married, but did open up to cameras with his confession. Sumit had picked Jenny up at the airport and took her to Delhi, a completely different town, hours away from his parents’ home, telling them he had gotten a new job opportunity so he could live with his American girlfriend.

90 Day Fiance-The Other Way, Jenny and Sumit

Sumit acknowledged that Jenny had given up a lot for him; she gave up her pension, her job, her apartment, and family to come and live in India. There is a 30-year difference between the two lovers, maybe indicating that the maturity levels differ as well. The odds are, since Sumit already had a wife, he will not be permitted to marry Jenny, which in effect will cause her to have to leave the country when her tourist visa expires.

Viewers feel saddened by the sudden interest in the truth by Sumit, wondering what will come of Jenny. The California native had quickly tired of being locked away in their apartment and ventured out into the city streets at night to use the internet, which worried Sumit as it isn't entirely safe. It is important to note that Jenny had lied too; she did not tell her children that Sumit lied to her about his identity over Facebook. In fan’s eyes, there is no way Sumit is getting out of the relationship without telling Jenny of his latest deceptions, and viewers can only hope he spills the beans before the local authorities get involved.
