Former 90 Day Fiancé star Varya Malina recently shared how strangers helped her reach her family in Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday. When Varya first moved to America, she decided to live in Florida. She had been living near the beach since the beginning of 2021. However, she moved to her on-screen fiancé Geoffrey Paschel's home in Tennessee after he was found guilty of assaulting his ex-lover. She has been taking care of his house and fur babies while he is incarcerated. Even though Geoffrey is behind bars, Varya doesn't regret her decision to move to America.
She consistently shares lovey-dovey pictures and videos with Geoffrey, implying that she is still with him. But it seems like the Russian beauty is now feeling lonely in Tennessee. A few days ago, she opened up about her post-immigration struggles. Varya talked about how the first year of immigration has been extremely "tough" for her. The former radio presenter revealed that she doesn't post her low moments on Instagram, and that's why many 90 Day Fiancé fans think she is always happy. But Varya, who shared an update on Geoffrey, said that she has been missing her family a lot lately.
Varya seems to be in a much better mood now as she finally got to meet some of her closest friends in Florida. The reality TV star took to her Instagram to share her miraculous Thanksgiving story. Varya wrote, "It cost me arm and leg and several heart attacks to get to Florida from Tennessee." She added, "But it could have cost me even more, if not for one kind and generous soul who decided to stay incognito." Varya shared how her car broke down in the middle of the road, and a couple rescued her. They took her to their mountain house in Georgia and let her rest for a while. She then talked about that special someone who offered to pay for her flight to Florida.
The 31-year-old beauty also shared a video of herself driving her car and transitioning into the beach in her home city. The TLC star is in awe after receiving kindness from strangers. Many 90 Day Fiancé fans are glad to see that Varya finally spent Thanksgiving with her family and friends in Florida. A fan wrote, "There are kind people out there and ones you can trust." Another chimed in, "All the good we do for others always makes its way back to us." Someone else commented, "They saw your heart and opened theirs to help you."
Varya's first Thanksgiving in the United States wasn't ideal as Geoffrey is in prison after his guilty verdict. She was completely alone and couldn't reach Florida easily. However, she finally got her fairytale ending and made it home in time. It's like one of those movies from the 90s in which everyone helps the main character reach their destination. It's great to see that Americans didn't let the 90 Day Fiancé alum struggle and helped her reunite with her family in Florida.
