Varya Malina, star of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, recently shared her thoughts on “instant regrets” after a wild night out with a mechanical bull, and a lot of what she said could be applied to her relationship with Geoffrey Paschel. For a long time, it seemed that Varya was single, but recent hints point to Geoffrey and Varya being together. Based off her recent Instagram post, Varya is still traveling and partying, though based on her “regrets,” the adventurous Russian may want to take a breather.
During her season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Varya and Geoffrey’s relationship had a lot of ups and downs, and seemingly ended with Varya traveling to America to be together with Geoffrey. However, months later, fans were convinced that Varya was single. She was taking trips around the country, with Geoffrey nowhere in sight, and it seemed that they were done. However, several weeks ago, Varya posted a video from Geoffrey’s kitchen that seemed to confirm they either got back together or never split up in the first place.
Since then, more evidence has emerged to suggest Varya and Geoffrey are a couple, though they still don’t appear on each other's Instagram accounts. Recently, Varya posted a video of herself falling off a mechanical bull, jokingly calling the instance a failed “southern sobriety test.” She went on to talk about the “feeling of instant regret” after drinking too much (in this case, moonshine). “Usually I say ‘oh, s***’ in my mind and then my eye catches something such as a...mechanical bull,” Varya commented. “And I, ignoring my screaming inner voice, ‘you just healed from your last episode,’ run toward new adventures.”
Many fans in the comments had a laugh at Varya’s graceless attempt to ride the mechanical bull, but the way she described her inner struggle could relate back to her relationship on the show. Because of his criminal past and anger issues, Geoffrey was ejected from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, and many fans had hoped Varya would dump him as well. However, it seems that Varya has a problem with running head first into bad decisions. Despite the warnings she’s gotten, perhaps Varya ran back into Geoffrey’s arms instead of learning from past mistakes.
The 90 Day Fiancé star had a rough time on the mechanical bull, but Varya could have an even rougher time staying with Geoffrey—or so fans believe. Many are worried that Geoffrey’s past behavior will continue into the present, and Varya will end up suffering as a result. Geoffrey and Varya may still be together, and fans aren’t happy. However, only time will tell if Geoffrey becomes one of Varya's regrets.
