90 Day Fiancé star Usman Umar, aka Sojaboy, said he will get Michael Ilesanmi to America after accusing Angela Deem of being a “scammer” who used her Nigerian husband, and claimed that she has left Michael. Angela and Usman have been at odds since they appeared together in a 2020 episode of 90 Day: Bares All. Back then, Angela accused Usman of being a scammer and giving Nigerians a bad name. So when Usman posed for photos with Michael recently on Instagram, fans were more than surprised. Angela recently called out both Usman and Michael, and blocked her husband.
When Angela hurled abuse at Usman during 90 Day: Bares All, she accused people like him of being the reason why Michael didn’t get his K-1 visa. Angela said that real relationships like her and Michael’s were suffering because of Usman giving the country a bad rap. Back then, Usman mentioned he never knew why Angela had come for him since he’d never spoken to either her or Michael prior to that day. But Usman recently shared a post with Michael and his “Goofball” friends where he said better days are ahead for Michael. Interestingly, Usman tagged Michael’s page @its__mrmichael, which also confirmed he wasn’t sharing a page with Angela on @deemangela anymore.
While Angela and Michael called it quits during the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 Tell-All, she confirmed that they were still together, and they were waiting for an update about his spousal visa. But according to Angela’s latest Instagram Story where she hid his face with a GIF, she is having marital problems with Michael. This is when Usman went one step further and reposted Angela’s Story by writing, “So this Scammer called (AngeDevil) now calling me and my innocent brother @its__mrmichael names.” Usman didn’t mince any words as he continued, “After using him to film for over 4 years and used all his money from Cameo.”
According to Usman, Angela seemingly used Michael’s earnings to buy herself a house. “Still refused to take him to US and leave him,” Usman alleged. Before he made a comeback on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days with Kim Menzies, Usman was himself accused by his ex-wife Lisa Hamme of marrying her for a visa and for the publicity it would bring to his career as Sojaboy. But in his reassuring note for Michael, Usman said, “Michael don’t worry I will personally take you to AMERICA.” He also added an American flag emoji for more impact.
Incidentally, the American flag can also be seen waving in Michael’s revived Instagram profile bio. Angela posted a screenshot of her WhatsApp message with Michael where he wrote it wasn't cool to call them out and block him on Instagram. It’s plausible that Angela is just furious that Michael met up with her 90 Day Fiancé archnemesis Usman behind her back in Nigeria. Because while there were doubts about Michael and Angela’s marriage being on the rocks and a subsequent 90 Day: The Single Life appearance for Angie, she hinted at them being together in December 2021.
