Many 90 Day Fiancé fans are calling Tom Brooks a "scammer" and "liar" after he posted photos of an expensive house and called it his "second home." Some fans did some reverse search and said that the house is still on the market. Earlier, Darcey Silva's ex was also busted for stealing someone else's picture of the Louis Vuitton perfume collection and posting it on his Instagram as his own. The original owner of the picture caught Tom, called him out with the hashtag, "You can't buy class."

There are some other examples of him pretending to live a luxurious lifestyle by stealing others' pictures. While defending himself, Tom said that he liked the contents of the picture, so he reposted them on his Instagram feed. He asked critics to get over it and wrote, "thanks to all the hate, my algorithms are going crazy." Many fans would like to believe what Tom is saying, but the captions he writes with the "stolen" pictures suggest that he may have been trying to imitate a lavish lifestyle.

In 2019, Tom made headlines for allegedly stealing images of luxurious items. This time, he is claiming to be the owner of a super expensive mansion that comes with nine bedrooms. He posted a bunch of pictures on his Instagram and wrote, "just moved in will be our second home for the summers." But, a fan claimed that Tom is lying and the mansion is still listed. The fan started a Reddit thread with the title, "It is currently listed as for sale, with no mention of it being under contract." The Redditor "busted" Tom and added, "all the furniture, bedding and artwork are the exact same as in the real estate photos."

Tom's IG stories about his house have vanished. Many fans think that he deleted the stories because he got caught lying about owning the home. In the past, Tom had either archived or removed a few pictures from his IG grid. A few days back, he posted an image of his abs and claimed that he had lost 78 pounds. Even though he received positive comments on his weight loss, he decided to delete that picture. It is also possible that he realized that he doesn't want his house/personal space to be on social media.

Still, many 90 Day Fiancé fans are convinced that Tom was trying to scam with fake pictures. Some of the fans said, "Lol, this is so sad. He is in his forties and is still acting like a damn child," "This is the same s**t the judged Darcey for," and "this is just downright cringe." It looks like he has embarrassed himself in front of his many fans. But, some 90 Day Fiancé fans appear concerned about him and said he needs some help.
