Tom Brooks' storyline is getting ridiculous on 90 Day Fiancé. Tom has yet to bring any dimension to his part of the show as he essentially is just stringing Darcey along so he can remain on TV.

Many fans thought that Darcey Silva has been a gold mine for comedy and tragedy surrounding the hit TLC show due to her inability to pick out a decent boyfriend. Tom Brooks first entered the picture as a shoulder to lean on when the twin was going through her breakup with controlling Jesse Meester, and soon after Tom turned into Darcey’s next foreign boyfriend. Since the couple’s demise has played out on the new season, Tom has made a complete 180 and turned into nothing short of a player.

TLC fans have watched as Tom slowly but surely started to demean Darcey just as Jesse had. He has questioned her sanity, drinking ability and even shamelessly fat-shamed her during their last meeting. Most viewers are wondering what the point of his and her storyline is at the moment. All the fans ever see is Darcey pouting her fish lips out and crying while Tom mouths off pretentiously.

In numerous episodes, Tom has come across as callous with no end game to his behavior. There was absolutely no point for him to fly from the UK to the US just to break up with the twin. He claimed he was in the area for work, but many feel it was a ruse just to be able to get his face back on film. In the sneak peek for next week's all-new episode, he was shown saying he still loved Darcey and making a surprise visit to her front door. His gallant actions do not match up for his horrendous behavior, as the week before he told the fashionista that he loved her like a sister and was happy he had finally found someone who could love him. The Nottingham native also has his own love affair with social media. Almost every day, like clockwork, he is posting a new selfie of his good side, which happens to be his left side with some pitiful caption. His pursed lips and want-to-be glamour shots far surpass Darcey’s as these are nothing but Narcissus staring at himself, except Tom has yet to drown.

Fans have given him grief for his poor choice of words in which he commented on Darcey’s figure. Instead of taking full responsibility, he took to blaming the production crew for their shady editing. Bottom line, if he never said those words there would have been nothing to edit. It is time to make room for a new couple, who actually like each other.
