90 Day Fiancé star Kim Menzies has been focused on herself since her split with Usman "SojaBoy" Umar and has been experimenting more with her fashion choices as well. Kim first appeared with Usman on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days season 5, when she flew to Tanzania to meet him in person for the first time. Kim and Usman later returned to star on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7, after the couple decided to make their relationship official. Kim flew to Nigeria to meet Usman's family and propose to him, and the couple later got engaged. Unfortunately, the couple's romance was short-lived, as they broke up in the season finale.
90 Day Fiancé's Kim Menzies was called out for her basic style multiple times during her two seasons, and even Usman told her that he felt she needed to dress better. Many of Kim's outfits on the show consisted of a t-shirt, often including some reference to Usman, along with jeans and flip-flops. However, Kim has made more of an effort lately. While some of Kim's fashion risks have paid off, others have not.
90 Day Fiancé's Kim's Green Midi Dress
One of Kim's biggest fashion risks was her green midi dress which she showcased in a post from November 2022, and the risk certainly paid off for Kim. The 90 Day Fiancé star is shown smiling from ear to ear, sporting a sleeveless dark green midi dress with a knot in the center as well as a small slit toward the bottom. Kim, who's better off single, usually does not go for dresses, but the look worked well for her. The dress complimented Kim's figure, and the color was a nice neutral change from the bright colors Kim favored during her time on the show.
90 Day Fiancé's Kim's Lace Black Cardigan With Jeans
Kim took another big risk with fashion on a trip to Balboa Park, where she was wearing a black top layered with a black cardigan with lace see-through sleeves, along with jeans and heels. While the look had potential, it was somewhat ruined by matching black lace cuffs on the bottom of the jeans that matched Kim's cardigan. The lace cuffs looked awkward and out of place and didn't go well with Kim's heels. However, if the jeans didn't have the lace cuffs, the look would have been perfect as the cardigan, jeans, and heels looked stunning on Kim, unlike her other fashion fails.
90 Day Fiancé's Kim's New Year's Eve Outfit
Kim took another gamble with fashion while picking out her outfit for New Year's Eve, although the risk did not pay off as much as some of her others have. Kim sported a sleeveless black dress over a short sleeve shirt with gold sequins, paired with black leggings and combat boots. The outfit's main flaw was the sequin shirt underneath, as it did not match the rest of the look. Nonetheless, the rest of the outfit still looked great on Kim, as darker colors compliment her. While not all of Kim's fashion risks paid off, it is evident that the 90 Day Fiancé star is making an effort to vamp up her wardrobe.
