90 Day Fiancé star Tim Malcolm has revealed why he and Veronica Rodriguez are still like a couple who doesn’t skip a beat. The North Carolina man was introduced to TLC viewers in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 3 when Tim was dating his girlfriend Jeniffer Tarazona from Colombia, and Veronica was his ex-turned-bestie. Veronica and Tim’s close bond often made fans wonder if they’d ever get back together, especially after his breakup with his girlfriend. Tim and Veronica were engaged and co-parents to her daughter Chloe for almost seven years.
While 90 Day Fiancé's Tim Malcolm is no longer a major cast member, he still gets asked about his relationship with Veronica on Instagram. One fan asked Tim why he didn't want to “live happily ever after” with Veronica. "Because we would not live happily ever after, we would be miserable just like probably the last three years of our relationship,” Tim replied. As per Tim, he and Veronica are good friends and that should be good enough. “Veronica and I don’t skip a beat, we sleep in separate houses, and we do not have sex, but other than that, we’re pretty much still like a couple,” 90 Day Fiancé star Tim added.
90 Day Fiancé Star Tim Dishes On Veronica & Jamal’s Relationship
Some asked Tim if he likes Jamal. Tim took a pregnant pause before adding, “I don’t really know Jamal that well.” While Tim admitted he’s obviously met Jamal, he doesn’t really have an “opinion” on him. According to Tim, Jamal is not a part of his life. “Only time will tell how long he’s a part of Veronica’s,” Tim declared. Meanwhile, Tim confirmed Veronica would not want to take up an offer of a relationship from him. “We do not want a romantic relationship together,” said Tim, who thinks Veronica and him are better off as friends.
Tim claims his relationship with 90 Day Fiancé star Veronica turned toxic towards the end. The two of them are stubborn and demand different things from their partners. Tim claims they’ve only gotten more stubborn with age, so any relationship right now would be for the worst. A friendship is enough for Tim, who’s happy being a part of Veronica’s life by co-parenting her child. While Tim loves Veronica, he is not in love with her. He loves her as a friend and co-worker and nothing else.
Regardless, Tim is keeping his own relationship status private at the moment. Veronica was recently seen taking a trip to Mexico, where Jamal’s mother Kim Menzies celebrated her birthday. Jamal and Veronica were photographed together, which confirmed they are still dating after 90 Day: The Single Life season 3. There have been times when 90 Day Fiancé viewers have suspected Tim still has feelings for Veronica and was jealous of Jamal when Veronica introduced him as her love interest in The Single Life Tell-All. Tim showing indifference towards Jamal and suggesting Veronica and Jamal won’t stay together for long, however, is a red flag.
